We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and our expectations were not only met but exceeded. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.We would especially like to thank Matilda for her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. She truly made our stay extra special with her friendly attitude and attention to every detail. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so welcome and comfortable away from home.The rest of the staff also deserve high praise – everyone was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.

Beautiful rooms, clean and well appointed. Very cool atmosphere. The spa was a great option, along with the steam room and sauna. Great food nearby.

The smell of the hot tub was just a little musty, but after such a long hot day in Rome, we didn't care. We prefer to walk and use public transport on vacation, so the location was a little far from the metro in the heat of summer, but other times I don't think we would have minded so much.

Cool design and friendly staff

Was put in the windowless first floor/ basement. Well there was a window but it was for decor ( not able to open or see through it) and there was no natural light- it would have been nice to be told this.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The interior is beautiful, modern, and very well designed, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you enter.The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area.A special thank you to Daniela at the reception — she was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, and truly made the stay even better.

The only downside was the room size, as the rooms are quite small. Additionally, some rooms have bathtubs or shower–bathtub combinations, while we personally prefer a separate walk-in shower room.

The location was good.

Jordan the receptionist. He was very fake and pushy. Not listening to customer.Housekeeping was extremely loud slamming the doors when cleaning early morning so we couldn’t sleep and wake up in peace. The hotel is not well isolated and we hear everything.

Its a very pleasant hotel to stay in for a short trip, friendly staff and helpful, rooms got cleaned every day and the bathroom products and shower was absolutely amazing.

Only the toilet seat was leaking but its fine once you close the door you will not hear the noise, the room is not well isolated and the AC is not up to expectations I think in summer it wouldn't be helpful

It’s great as it’s seen in the photos, the room is very comfortable with amenities. Breakfast is yummy, reserved spa is top gesture and they even provide you powerbank and portable WiFi which is really essential and special thanks to staff. I would love to stay or recommend here when I hear Rome to visit

Staff were so friendly, set up for our toddler was great in the room and facilities were lovely! Location great and walking distance to everything

The decor was nice, rooms were clean and the spa was relaxing! Staff also super helpful and kind.

Daniella was extremely amazing, she made sure that we had an upgrade to our room and complimentary breakfast each day. Daniella is a superb employee. The kitchen staff could be nicer. Nonetheless, I had a very nice stay.

The extra details provided for Travellers like a power bank, the spa ... it was very clean and the staff are extra nice. The style is charming. The staff are very useful. The bed was comfy.

Chambermaids not attentive to details … sometimes no milk, no sugar. Took one dressing gown.

They upgraded our room free of charge which was amazing. Staff were super helpful. The room was lovely and they even gave us an internet dongle and portable charger to use around Rome

Staff were helpful and pleasant (although tried to charge us for breakfast, despite that already being included!) Helpful in arranging taxis, etc. Close to Metro station meaning all of Rome was accessible.

Room was small, with only space for one suitcase.

Just wish the shower was completely covered instead of the half door

Liked the quiet spot, the breakfast and the bed was very comfortable.

Rooms felt dark, a receptionist on when we arrived was extremely odd and very hard to understand, wasn't helpful with bags or anything unless we asked. The location wasn't ideal for walking to sites

Friendliest staff ever, they were very accommodating and gave us amazing restaurant recommendations. The facilities and amenities are also fantastic. The spa and gym were so nice and private and the entire hotel’s decor is amazing. I would come back for a longer stay next time!

Elevator extremely small, hotel is nice however rooms are a little older and smaller but nicely redone. Not really close to the center. Gelato place across the street on corner was too tier.
