Hotel Buenos Aires

The location is great, the staff is friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our room but they fixed the problem really fast and we got a new one

The hotel is nice and clean, beds are comfortable and breakfast is just what you need before starting a day of sightseeing. Staff is also extremely polite and helpful.

Nothing bed about the hotel, but maybe make sure to check the distance from the hotel to the main attractions around Rome.

The location is excellent, in a really quiet part of Rome and close to some good restaurants.The offer of good coffee & cappuccino from the bar at breakfast was great.

Rooms were a bit small, but still comfortable.

The room was quiet, nice to rest after a busy day exploring the city. Breakfast was also good, although I fell like they could implement a better system than asking your room number to check whether you are allowed to be having breakfast.

The cleanliness in the rooms was OK, but there were a couple of details in the shower that could have been better, and they did improve in the following days of my stay. The facilities are a bit old, but well maintained.

The hotel is very well located, close to bus stops. The facilities are clean, the breakfast is of good quality, and the beds are quite comfortable.

However, two points could be improved: the receptionist on duty on August 23rd at 8:00 p.m., who unfortunately did not provide good service (it is a pity that there is not more consistent training to ensure guests are always warmly welcomed), and the shower in the room, as most of the holes were clogged and the water was coming out in just a few drops.

It is our second time in this hotel… I love the area, quiete, peacefull… People working in hotel are very polite and helpfull

The internet was working really bad and breakfast is very average.

the hotel was pretty cozy and we also liked the location as it's a little far from the city center so there were no noise, many people and it was also pretty clean & safe in those area.

as i said, the hotel is a little far from the center, for us it was perfect as it was calm and safe in that area but for some people it might be a little far from the center but busses go there

The location was perfect for visiting family living nearby. Breakfast was good.

Our room was very small. The sink plug did not work, and the shower was tiny.

The air conditioner did not work, so it was too hot to sleep

The staff and location were great- I enjoyed being in a quiet and beautiful part of the city. The amenities were okay, but I didn’t find the bed very comfortable and would have liked to have some shampoo and body wash for the shower included. Overall, this was a good location just for a couple nights.

The breakfast doesn't have much choice. They offer many cakes but not much ham / cheese options. The room was a bit small, but perhaps this is standard in Rome, which is really packed city!
