Hotel Modigliani

I really liked the elegant rooms; friendly stuff. My son loved talking to chef at the bar!

Good breakfast, good location, great staff, clean.

Needed to live out of luggage in the standard room.

This hotel was so nice! 24 hour desk service was very convenient. They also held our bags when we arrived before check in. The bathroom was quite large and had a towel warmer. The hotel was also very close to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and metro.

Mattress wasn't great, but overall not bad

The staff service at the front desk was AMAZING! The room was clean and nice in size. The location cannot be beat!

Really great location!

The location was terrific, easy walk ability to many restaurants, Borghese Gardens and other Rome highlights. The room was clean and very comfortable, an overall quiet experience. The breakfast offerings were more than adequate to get one started for the day. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. All of our interactions with the front desk and breakfast room staff were lovely.

Toiletries such as soap and lotion would have been welcomed.

The room was very clean, also the bath room was as well.Great view, panoramic, we could see the Vatican, Casa del Patria!

Very warm, friendly and family-run hotel. Apartment 105 and the garden are brilliant. Thanks to Laura from the front office, thanks to the housekeepers, the cooks! We will definitely be back.

Nice clean hotel and staff were friendly. Breakfast could have been better. Not much choice.Was on a high steep cobbled street. At the end of the day it felt uncomfortable to walk up.

Breakfast choices were not good.Taxi booking to airport at the reception desk is expensive. Better to uber your transport

The breakfast was delicious, the bed was comfortable, the location was excellent, the decor was adorable and the staff was amazing! The staff was extremely helpful, professional and pleasant. I would recommend Hotel Modigliani when staying in Rome!

I did not like my first room on the third floor due to a strong deodorizer smell. I did like the size of the room and the view of the courtyard. The room on the first floor was a nicer selection. It faced the street but was still quiet. It also had streaming options on the television which was convenient.

Location, friendly staff , very clean facility throughout, will definitely come back, lots of hangers.

No space to store belongings, very small for 2 persons

Location is perfect for seeing much on the historic center on foot. This was our 2nd stay in this hotel. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was wonderful.

We would like to thank the hotel staff and the manager for their very kind and helpful approach. We originally had a standard room booked, but there was an unpleasant smell (probably from the sewage system due to rain in the previous days). The staff resolved the issue immediately by moving us to another room, and for the following nights they even offered us a superior room with a terrace and a beautiful view of Rome. The hotel has an excellent location – all the main sights are within walking distance, which is a great advantage. We rate our stay very positively.
