Hotel Bellavista

I definitely liked the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Overall the place was clean and nice. The beach was very close and beautiful.

The listing said there was a shuttle. There is no shuttle. It cost $50 Euros to go to the airport. The hot tub was not clean. The tv in the room was about 14". The A/C was set to not go below 23°c

It was quiet, the beds were comfy, and the staff is eager to assist. The breakfast included was nice for a continental and it is right across from the sea.

I did not realize how far from the airport it was, my mistake, and the shuttles are around 20 Euros which is more than I expected. They do run a shuttle/bus for much cheaper but only 3 times per day; in October at least.

It felt clean, safe and was near the seaside.

I would have preferred if the shuttle were complimentary.

Location was little far from city center and also airport(fco). In bathroom they do not provide shower gel.

The staff were outstanding, as well as the breakfast.

Loved the hotel and the close proximity to the beach. Felt like a very safe area.

Climbing stairs no elevator

Location is very good

Equipment and furniture is old and damaged. Not very clean as well.

The Breakfast display was great. Good selection. STAFF very helpful

Top observation deck and Jaccuzi was closed.Shower door on one side only open partialy.. very hard fit in sideways.Issue 1 glass side panel was to long preventing door from opening. Need same size panel opposite side

Parking was convenient and only 15min away from the airport

The room was not clean at allShower and toilets leaked on the floor. The kettle and bags of tea were empty because it was open and you had coffee stirrer used and it was gross

The garden area was very quaint with scattered table and chairs under the trees. We brought a bottle of wine and played games there before dinner.

The property was great. Secure gate and easy stair access to room.

Beautiful location on the beach, in room kettle for tea, welcome bottle of cold sparkling wine, breakfast buffet beginning at 7 allowed us to catch flight right afterwards

Very clean helpful staff, and great location for the European jiu jitsu championships and get something to eat from the nearby square

The breakfast could have been better but you get what you pay for so I can’t really complain about anything

It’s location was excellent, particularly for this time of year, when some more central parts of the beach are not so easily accessible. This had 2 excellent restaurants nearby and easy access to the beach.The staff were all helpful and welcoming and the rooms clean and well looked after.

A minor thing but some of the doors were a bit noisy when being closed.

staying in Ostia after an overnight flight into Rome is a great option - we have stayed here before, but the service wasnt as good this year, the bed we had was really uncomfortable and the breakfast was not as good as it used to be

there was literally no water pressure to take a shower and the water got warm at best - plus the water pooled at the base of the shower even with the drain cover pulled out - not impressed!
