Everything went well and as expected. The pool, was very nice. The breakfast was awesome.

The only minor, and I meant it, really minor issue was the Hotel's location. It would be better to have it closer to the downtown but again, this is relative and it is not a matter for bein concern.

The hotel facilities are excellent, with comfortable, modern rooms and the hotel hosts are very attentive and helpful.

The hotel location does not feel safe. The hotel faces an almost abandoned looking industrial area that we did not feel comfortable to walk back at night (we took taxis). During the day, it feels ok to walk towards the more residential and commercial area that is 2 blocks to the back of the hotel.

We got a standard room and it was spacious including the bathroom which came with a bath tub. Clean room too.

Not exactly a negative thing… The location was okay for us just outside the city but not too far either. My friend and I prefer to be outside the city centers whenever we travel so it wasn’t an issue. Bummed that the room didn’t come with an electric kettle.

Decent room and all cleaned well - parking garage directly accessible. By bus it took 35 mins to piazza Venezia. The breakfast room was extremely noisy and loud and you had to queue quite a while for a coffee. Here would some new interior design really help.Staff at the reception was really welcoming and friendly.

Very comfortable bed, friendly staff and clean facilities. It’s not very central but you have bus, train and tram nearby.

The inter-connecting rooms were exactly what we wanted and were hard to find in Rome

The payment for extras such as meals, whilst in the hotel, was not competently dealt with. One payment on a credit card failed to go through, apparently because I had authorised that same card for use whilst in the hotel. Having been told to charge subsequent payments to the room, I was informed two days later that I had exceeded my credit limit. There are learning points for staff here. If there is a credit limit, inform the customer in advance. If the customer exceeds the limit, tell them discreetly, not in front of everyone in the restaurant. I was very embarrassed by this and would not want it to happen to others.Further point: thd breakfast was not as good as at the other H10 Hotel I have visited. There was less variety, little fresh fruit and no low-fat spread. The croissant were small and dry and the range of confitures was limited. The baked beans were frankly awful. The coffee and tea machine did not produce boiling water so it was not possible to make a good cup of tea.

Nice greeting upon arrival and a small gift. Wonderful breakfast

The toilet door does not lock, and there are also huge gaps along the edges of the door, no privacy...

The room was good and clean. The staff were helpful. The food was perfect, many options available. Main sightseeings of Rome are not very close, but you can take a bus.

The soundproofing is bad. Unfortunately, we could hear our neighbors. Also, some facilities in the bathroom were old.

There was no kettle in my room, which is a standard practice for hotels. When asked I was told I have to upgrade my room to get this service.

I was also told that I had a taxi voucher that I could use for free, which then at checkout I was asked to pay for. This needs to be cleared out.

The suite we had was very nice. Beautiful decor and very spacious. The bathroom was outstanding. The bed and selection of pillows was amazing which led to a good night’s sleep.

The location was out of the way and the area didn’t look that nice. However when we walked for about a block, we found a nice little shopping area with nice eateries. The food in the restaurant was very average.

Room, location, breakfast, overall cleanliness, professionalism of the staff. At first glance the hotel is a bit far away from the city center. But in reality you can use public transportation, for example the bus Nr. 170 which takes you from/to Termini and city center. And the area itself is quiet and beautiful. You can also learn a little about the daily life of Italians.

    Everything was fine.

modern Hotel. They charged me for an “upgraded room” for me to be able to check in at 11,30 AM instead of 3 PM.Just an excuse to charge me 60 more Euros for the stay. Not very honest or customer friendly on their part.

Nice, clean hotel. Not too far from the historical sites.

    Fast taxi order

Attitude of the staff towards me as a Muslim lady. The last check out at the recpetion, the lady didnt even bother to say good buy or thank you for staying with us. At the breakfast, upon entering the resturant, the staff dont respond to Good mkrning from Muslim guests with hijab. The location is terrible (use google street view to ckeck), food is poor and terrible. Cleaning is carried out at the minimumm. Better to spend 2 to 300 more Euros and get a 5 star hotel.
