Cons -
- No Wi-Fi, no air conditioning in the room, and staff was very unhelpful when we were trying to get transport to the airport.
- It's a three star hotel with the basics. The hot water would run out fairly quickly and the continental breakfast was pretty spartan.
- all was fine.

Location was close to sights
No Wi-Fi, no air conditioning in the room, and staff was very unhelpful when we were trying to get transport to the airport.
Prime location: a stone's throw from the Spanish Steps. Quiet at night.

It had a great location, was quaint and very clean.
Location - near Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps
all was fine.
Staff worked very hard to help with our problem. They were very kind. They moved us to another room to accomodate the issue. We were very appreciative of the staff's professionalism and dedication to making sure our stay was comfortable.
The air conditioning was not working in our room. The temperature was 95 outside and when you returned from a full day of site seeing you NEEDED air. The staff worked very hard to get the air conditioning fixed, and when they couldn't they moved us to another room for more comfort.
Very cozy, super clean and comfortable, friendly staff and excellent location
Nothing to add.
Great location with walking distance to all the tourist places. The taxi dropped us off without any problem. We enjoy the main area together with the loft, perfect for two adults and two kids. The breakfast is super great with a lot of good choices. Really enjoyed our stay. Our room is ready before 2:00 pm. The hotel also provided a lot of umbrellas for rainy days.
The bathroom is a little tight but not a big deal.
The location and the building
Too small roomBreakfast not so good
Location, staff, breakfast
I liked the location the best. The hotel is simple but clean and nice management .
The staff were very informative and helpful. The rooms were clean but of course not as big as the states. Also the bathrooms were also not what we were accustomed to but we made it work and it totally was an awesome experience.
The bathrooms were a little tight
The room was big enough. The price as well.
The elevator was not working for 2 days out of 4.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well displayed and offered multiple options to start the day. The breakfast staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
The elevator from the street level to the reception area was out of order for the last two days of our stay which made it difficult for my wife who has bad knees and for us to take out luggage down on our departure.
Stayed in room 101. Very quiet at night! Only exception is noise from neighbors doors closing. Loved the walking tour that’s free/included in your stay with BZAR hotels (take advantage) but note that tour ends where the focal point/location is. Friendly 24-hr reception. Very clean.
Hotel is in a shared building on the 2nd floor, so either take the very narrow elevator up or take the stairs. Also, since it’s a shared building, main doors close at 21:00 requiring you to ring the bell for the receptionist to come down to ground level to open the door.
Excellent location, Great staff, very good breakfast
Wasn’t clean enough
The history, cleanliness, quietness, uniqueness. It was fairly close to hop on hop off, or shopping. Walking distance too the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.
High taxes, but that is Italy, not the hotel's fault. For as much as we paid for three hotel itself, I would have thought breakfast would have been included.
It was clean, staff was very nice and the location was perfect
