There was secure parking inside a gated parking lot

This hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel. It would barely get 2 stars. The shower didn¿t work properly, it is very dated and some of the furniture was outfight broken in the room. Felt like a hostel.

Neat, clean - spacious room and bath room.

This hotel needs to update the rooms are clean but everything in the rooms looks old and deteriorated.

The restaurant was nice and the food was good for dinner. The breakfast was lousy. Instant coffee, rubber bacon swimming in grease, cold pancakes.

The floor was dirty. There were pubic hairs on the sheets. The toilet seat was broken. the chair at the desk was collapsing in the center. The tub surround was ridiculously high, making it dangerous to step in and out. The sink drain was broken and the faucets in the sink and shower were old and corroded. Carpet in the hall was disgusting.

The restaurant had good food and the hotel staff were pleasant. The location was a few minutes walk to the Metro. We liked that our room had a fridge.

The hotel was not updated. Our room was on the 5th floor and we literally could not see out of one of the windows. The fridge was not clean.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. It’s out of the way from the city centre, so it takes some time and either a taxi, bus, train etc. to the city centre. It’s about a 30 minute journey each way. Same for the airport.

Parking, Location, Price, Clean, all good.

The breakfast was the most valuable part of our stay.

The room was very large for a European hotel. The breakfast was fantastic and the overall experience was great!

The only thing that threw me off was that the outside of the hotel was painted blue… not sure why they chose that color since all the buildings around are tan so that kind of bothered me but besides that it was good!

I like my big balcony with nice view.

Breakfast was very simple and no variety at all. Water heater didn't work and we ended up to take shower with cold water two days in row. My room window's lock was broken which I told front desk to send someone to fix it but it never happened. Metro station is not nearby, you have to walk about 3 blocks down the street.

The hotel is very clean, very comfortable, staff informative and breakfast was very good.

They did not accommodate in our request to amend one of our dates.

Staff - were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK, there was bacon and eggs, cereals, pastries etc. Coffee was ok.

Rooms are in need of an update. They are pleasant but we had a very saggy couch in ours. Bathrooms could also be updated but they were clean and had lots of hot water.

The concierge had a bad attitude when we arrived. The room smelled like smoke. The location was far away from Metro. Breakfast often runs out of stuff. Washroom water doesnt work property. Overall, bad experience. Never go back again.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good, for an Italian breakfast abundant and diverse. Hotel was conveniently located close to Metro B and the place I had to be during the day.

The bathroom had a bathtub but without a plug and on the other hand there was just a 'rainshower-head', which I really dislike. In order to turn on the shower you get soaked with cold water... Otherwise fine.

Hotel screams for renovation, I suggest bringing an Archeologist for a bathroom shower. Breakfast was basic and same for 3 days, also no veggies. Restaurant menu is worse than we had in high school 15 years ago, although carbonara was good. Lying (lady) receptionist.

Service and breakfast is very good, but Bathroom comfort and cleaning in not good.

Very friendly staff, around the clock check-in time, spacious room, good breakfast, free parking.
