Friendly staff and clean rooms

The steps that you have to carry your heavy luggages. Needed to build at least a ramp so it is easy to bring the luggages to the room. Also the area where you have to load the luggage to your car is not concrete, it is muddy and got mud all over my cloth

The pool staff was nice.

Restaurant closed on Friday night without notification. Air conditioner was sub par. Shower had broken doors and was tiny. Pool cost 20 dollars a day per person.

This is not a 4 star hotel. No mini bar (was advertised). Bar permanently closed. Pool extra money per person. Door handle ripped right off. Wifi doesn't work. TV had no channels. Restaurant service painfully slow. Understaffed front desk. Ugly exterior

It is a very old hotel, with big garden and nice look from outside. Staff was helpfull with good english speaking. We upgraded our room with an extra 15¿, and upgraded room was 10 times better than the classic room.

Classic rooms are very small, very old fashioned,smelly, and not even a toilet paper in the room.

Classic in every aspects. To its location very hard to other means of transportation except taxi and uber. Good for low budget people like us

The rooms were really nice. Clean and spacious.

The bundles. You don’t actually have access to any of the facilities. I went for the facilities but I was required to pay extra daily.

It was very clean and the staff were friendly.The bus stop was very close to the hotel.

The breakfast was not very good. The main light in the room was not working and the card system for the electricity in thw room is a bit wonky. The location in general is away from the centre

The general knowlegde and english skills were bad, even at the reception. Almost every day something was wrong. The heating didnot work, cant regulate heating, the flush in the toilet broken....

Location was far from main city. Not much available nearby. Also very far from nearest train station so moving around was not easy especially when bus drivers are on strike. Moreover, wifi coverage not available on all rooms of hotel. Our first room hardly had any WiFi coverage. Informed to reception but they acted like they never knew and promised to look at it but it was never fixed. The second room in my other stay had wifi and better room but mattress was not comfortable at all.

Side road leading to the hotel was had water settlements.WIFI in the room was horrible. I had to always go nearer to the Reception for a good service.

I booked this hotel as I had work in the hospital, and this worked well as it was only a few minutes away. Some of the staff were also very cheerful and welcoming

The beds are not comfortable. The walls are so thin it sounds like people are in your room. The breakfast was dire.
