Hotel Dei Congressi

All the staff is multilingual. Communication was not an issues. Location is a very short walk to a train line that runs directly to the Central Station. Excellent rate for summer in Rome for the quality of the room. Included breakfast was top shelf.

Breakfast, 3 mins walk to eur Fermi metro station.

Cristina in housekeeping was amazing, so was Laura in the restaurant as well as the lady with ginger hair in the restaurant and at breakfast time, and the reception staff all amazing thanks.

My door lock in room 696 was broken

Breakfast was nice, especially the fresh coffee from the bar, hotel exactly opposite the conference venue was very convenient

Location - stones throw from Convention Centre and metro station.Staff - helpfulBreakfast - OK for 2 days; then tends to get monotonous. Guess that would be applicable to any hotel stay beyond 2 nights.

Air conditioning - works either hot or cold depending on the settings. Daytime and early night was a torture in the room without air conditioning or even ventilation.

The restaurant at the property is a disaster. Even though it wasn't buzy yet the food was uncooked and cold. They reheat the food but it was still undercooked and the staff was making funny faces as if nothing happened.In addition there was no air conditioning in the room even, they said it will only be switched on in summersOverall apart from location it was a poor experience

The room was decent sized, metro station was nearby and the room was cleaned and done up for us everyday.

Rooms recently renewed, simple but very clean. Good breakfast with a huge selection of different choices of food.

In the bedroom the temperature is really hot.

The location is good, the room was what we needed, it had Netflix on the TV, the breakfast was excellent and all inclusive (with good coffee), the staff were helpful.

Everything was great! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and beds comfy. The breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious.

Convenient location. Breakfast was good staff very polite and helpful. Room very clean and medium size.Bedroom with a shower and en-suite toilet.

The only snag was the restaurant!I preferred an apéritif - the food was just awful waiters chit chatting too much. I forced myself to eat the spaghetti with tomato puréed as my dinner .

Why booking didn't said that there is a remont in hotel. I would choose another then....Why booking said that citytax is 48 eurHOTEL collected 60 euros from me.

Almost everything the breakfast, the staff beheivior, the services, the bar, resturant, the house keeping stuff were also very nice, the reception stuff were quire helpful

I was at the 4th floor and my room had low reception for the wifi exepet for the toilets. they need to say the people how the Electricity sockets near the bed work, that after you put the card in place you need to press a button for it to work cause it caused to think my charger was broken and so i bought a new one wich cost me 19.5 € wich i did not plan to buy

The staff were really welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself was beautiful, there were renovations going on but guests were notified and you couldn't really tell. The staff were the highlight.

Cleanliness, friendly staff fluent in English, delicious and varied breakfast, close to the metro station.
