The Staff

Breakfast and service was great! Guest relations Fabrizio and Fabio and Roberto were all great.

If all the rooms looked like the suite we saw.

The hotel is very clean, rooms are modern and clean. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and kind. The stay was very comfortable. Photos online are accurate to the actual room.

The only downside to this hotel is that it is located on the outskirts of Rome, so its a 30 minute taxi/Uber from center of Rome.

Staff is very friendly, helping, good guidance for Rome/ Vatican sightseeing. Hotel shares free wine bottle with the guests from Booking.com!

Hotel is far from Rome downtown, also far (3-4 kms) from subway station. Although hotel provides free pick-up drop shuttle service, you need to adjust your schedule to match the timings.

To be honest one of the best hotels Ive stayed in, the staff was really helpful and the room was spectacular.They even give you the minibar for free which is amazing!!And don’t forget about the delicious breakfast

This is a new hotel with a high-quality renovation. Our room faced the inner courtyard — there wasn’t a nice view, but it was very quiet at night. We decided to have dinner at the hotel, and it was a great choice! If you don’t feel like going far, the hotel restaurant is excellent. Breakfast in the morning was also great, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything is well thought out, and there were many complimentary gifts — we received a bottle of wine, chips, Coke, juice, and more. The hotel truly deserves all the praise. If you don’t need to be right in the center of Rome or you’re traveling by car (since there’s free parking), this is an excellent option.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, they gave us lovely gift, and minibar was included with the room charge. We really love our staying.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpfull especially Jarika and Fabio. The hotel clean and has good facilities.

The waiter on our dinner was rude and charged us for mistaken dishes are served, even without any apology for caused confusion, in addition to almost 25% percent for service.The beds are not confrortable.The location is not central, and it takes long time to get any Rome attractions.There is no place to eat or shop around the hotel.The view from the hotel is industrial area.

This hotel is everything it's supposed to be. From the service to the cleanliness and the service in the restaurant, it's magnificent. After traveling around the world, this is one of the most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed in. Free and air-conditioned parking, spacious rooms, and a very comprehensive breakfast. If I can highlight anything, it's the service. They always had options for me. For transportation, there's a bus stop that takes you to the center of Rome.

Spotless, exceptional staff, the right meaning of hospitality, beautiful rooms (not missing 1 tiny detail, secure parking, …I would like to thank everyone personally.

The staff was really nice, from the reception, to the waiter, and the bus driver... and yes, they hav a bus that brings you to the city center. The hotel is very clean, they change everything daily, nice smell in the room, and we were expected with a nice note and a bottel of wine! I will chose them for sure for next trips! :)
