Waiter at breakfast was excellent.

Apartment we had was really dirty and not cleaned well. With a good cleaning and a little update to few worn out places this would have been an excellent experience.

People from the next door pub are a really annoying, for those who are light sleeper like me, it’s not only annoying but a nightmare. The pub closes after 2am, but I couldn’t sleep the whole night, not a minute. It’s really painful.Shower in the room is another strange thing, I didn’t know it when room booked because the picture didn’t show it. We are a family with a teenager, who refuses to use the shower which is understandable. We end up a solution that having the rest not showering to stay in the bathroom until shower finishes. Smelling is another thing, the whole hotel has a wired smell, like it had sewage problem. I have stayed in two different rooms ( because of my complaint about the noise from the pub, they moved us to a different room not facing the street after two nights), both rooms have smells, it’s hard to describe, but very unpleasant.security is another concern. one day we came from outside, our door was not locked, another day when we came back, one door card ( not the one we had, we only had one) just dropped in front of our door, and when I used it, it could open our door. Although we had nothing lost, it could be that we didn’t have any thing valuable left in our room.Breakfast was minimal not much to choose from, and it hardly be able to find a clean class cup.

The unit was not the one we booked, it's noisy at night, no sound proof. Internet was HORRIBLE, not working at all, and the hotel's explanation was that it's provider's issue, nothing they can do, but we stayed two nights, it barely worked for the time we stayed. The power was off one night all of the sudden, and it interrupted our dinner plan, and it took the hotel almost an hour to come and resolve the issue. The linens sheets were ok but duvet was not clean and it had no cover. The apartment was described 2 mins away from main hotel building, but it's 3 mins according to Google map, and keep in mind that the road was all stone paved, and with luggage, it would take 5-10 mins, not accurate description. This place is definitely not 4 star hotel, at most 2 star.

The staff are all nice. They helped to arrange transfer to the airport is fast and considerate.

The location is good, but a bar is just next to the hotel. Noisy customers chatted until 1 am every day. The room with a totally transparent bathroom is totally unacceptable for a family to stay.

The rooms were spacious and were well designed, staff were very helpful. The area is quite lively in the evenings as well

Great location. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Easy walk from and to Rome Termini (central railway station), and the Colosseum is only a short 5 minute walk. Staff were lovely.

Cleanness, room service very bad not cleaning not hovering the room was so so dirty, the noise , the elevator , the smell of the entrance and the public places,

The receptionist was extremely friendly, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment we arrived. Check-in was smooth, and all our questions were answered with care, she ordered the taxi and arrived on time as we asked.Breakfast was another highlight of our stay — the service provided by Roman was outstanding. He was attentive, kind, and always smiling, which made our mornings start on a very positive note.Overall, the staff made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. A big thank you to the team for such a pleasant experience

The air conditioning is centrally controlled and can only be adjusted by contacting reception, which can be inconvenient, especially during the night.

They may improve the standard of the breakfast. First day was good, second the refill was lower.

Location good. Staff helpful and friendly. Roman served our breakfast and he was so friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble.

Hotel is next to a bar which was a little noisy at times but still managed to sleep! Unfortunately the roof top bar was closed but knew this before as it shuts in winter

1: Air conditioning is controlled centrally. The room was too hot for us. We eventually asked the air conditioning to be switched off and ended up opening the windows by compromising the outside noise.2: The smoke alarm was right top of the bed where the green light blinks every 30 seconds.good luck not looking at them.3: All the switches of the room has led lights built in. Hence Too much lights even after switching lights off. Cannot have dark room for good night sleep. We ended up using towels to block lights from switches.

The location was great - very central, in a nice area with loads of nice restaurants, shops, bakeries, etc. It was also quiet in the apartment which was great. It was very warm - in the entire apartment, bathroom included. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

There was moisture around the front door/windows and some signs of mould here and there. It would be good to address this and do a thorough check up before it becomes an issue.

No coffee machine

Nearby major sites. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was large and well equipped. Great bed and the bathtub with jacuzzi was top. The breakfast was very good, a lot kof choices.

Our room was facing the street, the windows could be better soundproofed. There was a bar next to the hotel and the people stood outside and it was a little bit noisy. But at the end it didn’t really bother us.

The location in the city center was perfect. The staff were nice and friendly.

The breakfast buffet was very disappointing; it offered very limited options and lacked variety. The quality and selection did not meet our expectations. The elevator was tiny, just for 2 people, and very slow.

This is an exceptional place to stay. I reached at 11 AM and the very kind girl at the reception (don't remember the name) told me that the room was ready. Normal checkin was at 3 noon so she was so kind to offer me early checkin. Normally hotels charge money for this. Then she took me to room realising I was non european; so she explained the room buttons, bathroom fitting, how to open the shower etc which was very helpful. I am coming back again in future definitely.

Overall a very pleasant and quirky fun property that was located centrally and made attractions very accessible. The room itself was situated in the building so that we had to take a very circuitous route to get to our room each day. Very comfortable, clean, spacious accommodation with GREAT beds !! :D BIG PROBLEM was my bedroom faced the alley where a garbage truck came in the middle of the night both nights and frequent traffic throughout the night went over a metal road grate that made staying asleep impossible. Were it not for this one problem, I would give it 5 stars!!

Some attention to control for extreme nightly continuous noise in the one bedroom.
