Hotel Villa Maria Regina

The room was spacious and the bed was very good. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

There was no atmosphere in the hotel, no bar for a late night drink returning from the city centre. The location is not good for public transport so required taxis in and out of the city centre. I found I paid a lot of money for what I got.

The location was great and the staff seemed happy to help with questions we had about the city and where we could park our car. The breakfast buffet was also a nice selection and the parking was adequate.

The first room we were given was honestly a disgrace. The bathroom had mould on the walls, the door the the room did not lock and the overall appearance was rather shabby. However, once we complained we were moved to a much nicer room for the remainder of our stay. Unfortunately in our new located room we could not gain access to the WiFi however given that the room seemed much more clean (although rather dusty) and way more like the pictures online we decided to bite our tongues from there on out.

The staff is very welcoming. This is probably the only positive thing about this hotel.

Very disappointing stay and definitely not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The towel dryer didn’t work and the towels were extremely small and thin looking more like napkins.. The heating was noisy and ineffective, making the room cold at night. The toilet flush was faulty, very loud, and took minutes to refill. The bed covers were of poor quality. Breakfast was also very poor, with few poor savory options. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Quiet location on the hills. Nice suite with comfortable beds and double bathroom.Free car parking very much appreciated because parking outside is almost impossible.

If you're depending only on public transport..it isn't very practical. There is just 1 bus that comes near the hotel and it takes minimum 1 hour to get to the city. Some of restaurant staff (ladies) seemed cold too.

The hotel is in a quiet area where embassies are located. Very good breakfast. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. An enjoyable stay.

Very old style rooms, mainly the bathroom. It looks like not renovated for the last 20+ years. For the breakfast, only one coffee machine was working (the other one did not have coffee) and there was a long queue. Additionally, just a few minutes after 10 am, the waitress asked us to leave the restaurant (which they may have waited a couple more minutes since we were just finishing our coffees).

Amazing, huge hotel couple kilometers from strict centrum. Together with my friend, we've got room number 315 with double beds and clean bathroom. Staff on very hight standards, helpful and professional, breakfast every day warm and super diverse. Whole city is amazing and this makes us wanted to stay a bit longer but unfortunately we had to come back. Every day room service was cleaning our room a little bit, just for refreshment. Room nicely equipped, modern and outside, long free parking for hotel guests. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with proximity to bus stop. Clean! Welcoming kind staff including the breakfast and happy hour!

The location is very nice, close to the Olympic stadium.Nice variety of Breakfast options. The cleanliness was very good, every day the room was very nicely cleaned, clean towels were also provided

the room looked a bit "used", some fresh paint could be done. The walls are very thin. For a 4 start hotel I would expect a bit more, but now I see this is quite often in Italy.

The location is good for people who want some quiet time outside of the busy area, the staff are very kind and I liked the gym even it was quit small.Breakfast is good but nothing is special.

The room and the facilities of the hotel are quit poor.
