5 stars for overall experience. Owner is charming, and willing to help with suggestions, reservations, etc. Apartment is spacious on 2 levels (with 2 full baths) including kitchenette. Perfectly located in a charming neighborhood very walkable.

The owner provided outstanding service; her English is great. She was extremely helpful in providing directions to places we wanted to visit and for helping to acquire tickets. The location is near to St. Peter's. Decent restaurants are nearby.

Our room, on the ground level had no sunlight. It's a good room if you want to sleep. Room had a small refrigerator but no cooking facilities. Get a taxi at the airport rather than arrange "shuttle" service in case your plane/luggage arrives late.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for our trip Rome and we loved it. The location was great, everything was close by within walking distance,very clean, & staff was awesome. They were very helpful and friendly,we couldnt of asked for better service!

The location was great and the build was very charming, with good top terrace.

It can use more sound proofing, as I can hear noise from the street late into the night (2am) people going out and then very early (5am) in the morning from vegetable shop across the street.

Good and renovated apartment. It had two floors, the first one with the sofa bed and the other one with the normal bed and bathroom. Great location and air conditioner. Good bathroom with good shower.

We needed to go in person to pay the tourist tax and their opening hours were a bit unpleasant, as we had already left to go sightseeing by 9am and did not plan to be back until late. Maybe it would be good to have a way to do it online or have hours earlier in the morning

The receptionist was extremely helpful and informed us of many restaurants, places to see, how we could set up rides, and where the taxi stands were. The location was perfect.

Excellent location! The room was also very pitoresque. We felt like we were in an appartement in antique Rome

The only comment is that it would be better to have the towels changed every day, and not only every 3 days.

It was a pleasant surprise to be entertained by our host Mike and his mother-in-law Laura. As a half-Filipino, Mike was able to offer us the kind of hospitability that we are familiar back home in the Philippines. Our 3-level apartment was very charming and located in a small town-like corner near Piazza Navona. Steps away from our apartment is this wonderful resto called Antica Taverna which served some of the most exquisite authentic Italian cuisines we've had during our visit. Watch out for Jamal and Yuseuf, the resto's.cool waiters. One of the highlights of our stay was having our morning coffee in a small table by the side of the road just outside our rented space. Truly a magical experience.

Super courteous, very responsive hosts, and they give you lots of tips on how to enjoy Rome. Shout out to Laura and Mike. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we could ask for. Location is perfect, literally in the heart of the city, most major attractions are walking distance.

The living room was smaller than expected. We were surprised and disappointed to find that there was no TV in the living room, despite there being TVs in each of the bedrooms.

Our apartment was perfectly located near Piazza Navona but not too close and in the center of a local's neighborhood with wonderful restaurants and walking distance to most everything including the Vatican.

We liked everything and knew if we needed anything Laura and Michael would be there for us. They had immediate and wonderful communication!
