Great location, clean, decent breakfast, well-kept. Ivon was particularly helpful.

They told me that if I paid the city taxes with a credit card, they would charge me three additional euro. First, it is against the law to refuse a credit card. Second, it is against the law to charge extra for city tax. Third, it is against the policy of Booking.com to be asked to pay more than the confirmation says. Thanks to the intervention of the latter, I used my card and paid 12 euro, but it was quite unpleasant to have to remind the hotel staff of the law.

Location is exceptional due to proximity to central train/bus stations and walking distance to many major attractions. Staff is amazingly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Great breakfast options.

The location was great and the staff very helpful. We had to leave early in the morning so we did not have time to try the breakfast. I would consider returning to this hotel.

The room and bed were very small, breakfast very poor, and the pastries not fresh: very old. Value didn't match quality.

Actually, I had booked a room for three days earlier at RomAntica and found the staff to be very accommodating. I came in the morning early, before the check-in time, so they allowed us to keep our luggage, and when we came back after an hour, our room was ready. Also, the most I appreciated the most is that, even after we checked out, they allowed us to keep our luggage in their storage, which most travelers like. staff are friendly and breakfast is good the breakfast hall is clean.

On our second stay for one night, I noticed that the bed was not even and the TV was not connected with the wifi, I notece this because I have booked or have stayed i the same hotel earlier anyhow what I booked on my second is a small maybe its the reason why the TV was small and it was not connected with the wifi. or in another term TV was not a smart TV.

Location was very good for us being next to Termini station and even closer to restaurants of surprisingly good quality. Room was ok for a short stay.

We paid for breakfast, but it appeared to be a disappointment. Old bread, cheap juice and coffee, apart from whole oranges there was nothing fresh. On top of that breakfast was served only until 9:30 on Saturday morning. Some noise from the street during night time.

Staff were excellent during my medical emergency. Location was good for Roma Termini. Lots of eateries close by.q

Fantastic location for a quick stop over in Rome. Very close to Termini, uncomplicated to check in even after hours if your flight is late. Nicely served breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location near Termini trains, buses, and metro making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The staff are friendly, helpful, and speak great English. The air-conditioning worked great.

The size of our room (#36) was ridiculously small. You could barely move around the bed and you could barely get to the toilet as it's crammed between the sink and shower. The room should really not be sold as a double-room as two of us did not have enough room to open our suitcases... it should be a single room. Hopefully other rooms are not as cramped.

Location. Just 2 cross-streets to Roma Termini (main train station). The location offered different food options, from supermarkets to restaurants.

Room is small. Suitcase hard to move between wall and bad. It is not critical for my half-day stay, but for more days it can be issue. Specifically to two persons in the room.

The beds were comfy as well as having air-conditioning which helped keep the room cool at night

The toaster took a long time to toast the bread or just burnt it
