    Pros +

    • Location and staff
    • Location was close to Termini train station but that convenience would never ever make me rebook this hotel - it's a nightmare of a place to stay. Thank god we were only staying one night so we could catch our plane in the morning.
    • Nothing, the hotel is not like in the pictures

    Cons -

    • Water pressure in shower was terrible
    • Where do I even start. You have to pay extra to use the air cond. even though they don't mention that anywhere. Rooms are dirty and gross! So much dust/dirt. Website is false advertising as the hotel/rooms don't look like advertised. I could go on and on!
    • The beds were uncomfortable, the shower was small

Nothing, the hotel is not like in the pictures

The rooms are old, not well kept. The toilet was leaking, the bidet was in the shower. It smelled

The location was fantastic! Literally a 5min walk to Roma Termini. The staff were really nice and were able to accommodate our requests. The room and building looked more dated than expected, but everything worked. AC during the summer was also appreciated.

The room was more dated than expected, and there was no bath rug provided so bathroom floor was a little bit slippery. The room was not well lit too, but that's something you can bare with.

Excellent location to visit Rome, close to the train station and really comfortable to move around. We left our luggages there before the check-in and it really helped us a lot. The receptionists were kind and welcoming, the room spacious and the bed comfortable.

I didn't like there was no hot water in the room. We really wanted to have a warm shower in the morning. We stayed only one night and I told at the reception when we left. The bathroom and the paper towel were smelly. We paid a tourism tax of 5€ per person not specified at the moment of the booking.

The location is really good, because it is in center and it's close to Termini and Reppubblica metro station. It feels safe to walk around. And there are interesting things to see close by.

We didn't like the bed, because it was smaller that what we expected. For 2 people it was super small. It was not the same as from the photos of the room, when we booked. And when we asked the staff if it is possible to change the room, they said that all the beds are the same. So we just felt that the price was too much for what we got.

    Friendly staff, cheap and cheerful.

Bathroom could have been better, shower could have been better. But as stated solo traveller cheap and cheerful.

The location is amazing. Very central and comfortable. But the price was super high for the quality of the structure.

The nice foreign receptionist was really kind and when upon arrival I went downstairs and asked him to change the room for me as it was hideous, even if I meant paying more, he was very accomodating and he immediately gave me the key to another room which was better then the first one, at no extra payment. The hotel is very near Termini and it was just around the corner from the Cavour Conference Centre, and there were a number of good restaurants exactly nearby or around the corner.

The room which was given to me upon arrival was hideous. The toilet was directly in the shower - forming part of the shower area, there was no plug by the bed where one could plug to charge the mobile, the roof was literally peeling, and in the new room, the tub was very deep with a step in the tub itself and if one slipped from that step upon going in or out, it could create a serious injury. The pillows were very low and there were no extra pillows.

    Only the location was good

The room was dirty. We had to find our own supplies. The toilet was inside the shower and there was mold everywhere

Superb service, free coffe bar, very good price for what it is and near station.

Hot shower water only came dripping once it was finally hot, cold water was fine.

The staff were very friendly and the location was great, so close to the station - always easy to find our way back to it.

Property is getting very tired. Could use a refurb. Practical with everything you need but very basic and definitely NOT a city view.

Absolutely awful - we had to check out at 2am and are still yet to receive a response from the hotel/booking.com! The location was good with just a 5/6 minute walk to Termini, however, the room was in absolutely diabolical condition. The beds were dirty touch - there was dirt/hair/dust etc on the bed sheets. The room had an awful smell, thick layers of dust on the furniture and even on the hangers in the cupboard. It was so dirty you did not want to take your shoes off or put your stuff anywhere. The walls were dirty and crumbling and looked like dirt/other matters had been smeared all over the walls. The bathroom had an overpowering fousty smell and there was black dirty marks in the bath/shower. The air con was rackety and produced a fousty smell, we felt unwell with sore throats from being there for just a few hours.Don’t waist your money!

The staff seemed lovely but weren’t able to help and seemed shocked that the room was dirty - which is surprising since it is so visible.

Location is perfect, few minutes from Roma Termini, metro, lots of restaurants, bars and 15 minutes of walk to the center of Rome. Staff was nice.

The room wasn’t pleasant. Very small bathroom with a weird shaped bathtub that we could not figure out how to shower. Loud hallways, you could hear everything. The tresor did not work so we had to literally carry our passports and valued stuff with us. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable. We had dirty walls… we were shocked.. Another thing, you had to leave your key at the reception everytime you went out.

the location from termini is excellent - the room was clean but the over all appearence of the hotel and room was not good -definately needed a facelift!

the hotel needed a good paint and a good uplift. Also I didnt like it that different floors were different hotels

    7MariaPosted on: 6-15-2025

I liked the location in Rome.

The WiFi didn’t work properly in my room. The room was everything I needed for the weekend but it looked so old and outdated, they would benefit a lot from making the place look nicer
