very nice updated hotel. fantastic location. Had a mini breakfast free each day. The desk staff could be friendlier would stay there again!

The location was great . The price was also in our budget. This was the end of our 10 day trip so we were happy with the hotel

The breakfast was just continental . Nothing special so for 9 euros more it was not worth paying for. . All of our other hotels had breakfast included.

Staff not very informative. Failed to mention Marathon on day of departure which made transportation via a taxi nearly impossible. Had to walk a good distance to catch one.

The location was ideal. The staff were responsive and accommodating. The balcony was an extra bonus.

Super location, can walk to all attractions, surrounded by many shops, restaurant’s. All the staff were amazing, very friendly, always eager to help.

Good location to Rome center

The bed linens were changed but still dirty and not clean, raising hygiene concerns. At check-out, we were surprised to be charged daily “tips” in addition to the standard city taxes. The air conditioner only worked as a heater (not cooler), which wasn’t mentioned in the property list.

The only downfall was there was no iron available

Location is amazing. Only 5 min walk to Trevi Fountain. Lots of restaurants and bakeries near by. And a little grocery store right next to the hotel, that's open until 9 or 10 pm, so you can buy water and other needs there. Room was a bit small, but very clean, and beds were comfortable. Reception is open 24 hrs, and people working there were very helpful. The hotel does charges tip on the final receipt, at the end of the stay, but since I already left the tip in the room, for the cleaning lady, I asked the receptionist to remove that fee. this was optional anyways.

It is located within walking distance of all that Rome offers. The rooms are modern and clean, and the hotel facilities are well-maintained. Our bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. The staff is charming and helpful. Many thanks to Adel at the front desk, who did his best to make our stay pleasant.
