B&B Hotel Roma San Lorenzo Termini

Super small, they just give you a paper cup in the room, they charged us $36 for extra tax, not worth the money.

Conveniently located, easy to check-in, great staff, most rooms seemed clean.

Room had a water stain and a funny smell like cleaning products masking something sour. Position of air vents pointed down at the bed so it would blow in your face while sleeping.

The staff was very helpful!! It was very clean!! Close to every bus needed, walking distance from Roma Termini. Close to restaurants & stores.

Construction all across street early noise. Graffiti allover little dirty outside street trash wouldn¿t walk around alone at night my choice safe inside

The front desk people were nice enough. The TV is smart and allowed us to cast our shows.

Pictures are deceiving. The room is small and the air conditioning never got cold. This hotel is far from EVERYTHING and getting anyone to explain how the buses work is a joke. We took taxis mostly which is not ideal if trying to save money.

Location was far from main tourist area & not much assistance was given to get to & from hotel. Our room smelled bad & staff did nothing to offer help to clear, only said hotel was fully booked & we couldn't change rooms.

Hotel is very clean and rooms are well equipped. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection in great.

It is a good 25 mins walk from Termini station and not close to the historical center. However if you are willing to take the tram and metro, the stop is very close by.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were simple, but well-maintained, with good AC and a very comfortable bed.

The Chromecast function on my television did not work, but I wasn't in the room enough for that to be a big issue.

Great location, outside the city center to be quiet, but right next to the train station with public transportation stops on the same block to get anywhere in the city. They were so kind and went out of their way to accommodate my early arrival. The surrounding neighborhoods has great food too! Would recommend to anyone going to Rome.

Overall the stay was good. The staff were friendly and helpful I give a very big shout to Cristina and another guy ( can’t recall his name) both in the dining room, so welcoming and made me feel at home. Breakfast was average, on number of occasions, scrambled eggs were finished by 8:15am , again I suppose you have to be early in n such places but unfortunately I am not a morning person .The walls in my room were not good sound proof I could hear someone snoring next room and talking about noise on Saturday night I had a bad night there were people so noisy until 4am, couldn’t figure if it was within the building or outside. Apart from that I would recommend the hotel, so conveniently located close to Roma termini. Kind regards: Margaret

Noise definitely is off putting but how much control do you have on that, that’s the question?

The location.

I caught norovirus and had to stay in bed for several days. I asked the staff a couple of times if they could help me buy some healthy food and they were not helpful at all. They simply didn't offer any help.

Nice location with some greats bars and restaurants around . Close to Termini station and easy to get anywhere . Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Nice facilities .

The breakfast was kind of basic, but really good. The room was clean and, although not that spacious, very comfortable.

The electrical switches were weirdly noisy, other than that nothing to complain about.

Could not turn off heater in room. Throughout the hotel and room there are mandates to reduce usages. It’s a borderline militant.
