Pros +
- the kindness of the proprietor and the location
- Nothing in particular
- We did not stay as we were diagnosed with covid and had to quarantine. Management was very helpful in getting our bags to us.
Cons -
- first, it's not a hotel, it's an B&B, but that doesn't matter...they provide delicious fresh Italiam coffee but a very modest breakfast; no complimentary drinking water
- It's listed as a hotel, but it is really more of just a "room". After prime hours there is no staff available to assist with minor requests. The pillows and bedding were uncomfortable and no one available to request something different.
- Staff truly want your stay to be enjoyable. Hotel employee was proactive in emailing me after reservation & made extra effort to assist me in planning a trip into the hill country. They are friendly and helpful!!

My room for a single was somewhat small, but efficient and very clean. It included a nice balcony! The breakfast area allowed one a chance to interact with other guests.
