Location is the best attribute of this hotel. 10 Minutes walk from the main train station.

The show can be better. it is small and the show door is tricky to operate.

Hotel is a great location near the Roma Termani Train Station. The rooms are clean and adequate.

The rooms are near some loud bars and restaurants which go into the early morning hours. There are ear plugs in the room because you need them.

It was very clean and confortable. The location is fantastic, very close to everything we need. We really recommend it. Plus, there is a great restaurant across from the hotel.

The shower is very small, but it works well.

Hotel was minutes from the train station. A short walk to the Colosseum and surrounding attractions

For sure its not a hotel, its an apartment in an old tenement building. Location is super. The stuff is very resposive and they always reply. For sure good value for money. Also very clean.

They dont have an iron, in case you plan going to the opera:)

Nice small boutique hotel located in the residential building only minutes away from the train station, metro, shops and restaurants. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and cozy room. It was a good value for the money we spend.

Great location 5 min from Termini train station and walking distance from Colloseum. The room was basic but had all it needed and staff was super helpfull. All check in codes are send before stay so I was very satisfied.

The mattress will need replacement soon, you start to feel where everyone sleeps regularly

I liked a lot the fact that everything was online ( I m referring to the entrance in the building), I found a lot of good places to eat or pastries around, and the location was at 10 minute from the strain station Terminj!!!

The sound from the bathroom, it was too much to hear. The fact that in description said that we can find an iron at the property , and at the hotel the cleaning lady said that they don t have one.

The building a little older, the rooms are not completely new, but everything is well maintained.

Very convenient to walking to sights like the colosseum, the Fountaine Trevie and the train station!

The cafes outside got a little loud at night but nothing bad, just happy people enjoying life!

wouldnt exactly call this a hotel-more like a hallway in an older building. there were a number of procedural steps required to gain entrance into the room itself.

Totem check in a nightmare!!! Will never stay at a place that will not take credit card unless you give 48 hour notice and want to charge for use of same!

Good location. The room was spacious with big bed. It was a nice surprise. I appreciated the possibility of storing luggage proposed by a friendly lady.

The bathroom needs renovation. The acoustic aspect - thin walls.

It was within walking distance of Roma Termini and all major attractions.

There were 49 steps up to our room. Carrying luggage for what was in all a 2 1/2 weeks made it very difficult for a 76-year old couple. Definitely not the place for someone with mobility issues.

It has a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum. The room was very clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and the bathroom was in perfect condition. I highly recommend it!

Amazing spacious room. Amazing location near the train station. It’s not a conventional hotel, a self check in one but the person in communication with me was super helpful with everything.

Very close to the train station and quite a few of the amazing things to see in Rome. Had a pleasant 2 night stay. Staff on hand by WhatsApp and they answer any questions you have . Room was nice and clean and the shower was fabulous . Hairdryer is always a bonus ! There’s a little cafe on the corner if you come out of the building and turn right and then up the road - it’s right on the corner . Also the little restaurant at the end of the street does the most amazing Cacio e Pepe .. it’s home cooked delicious food. After check out , I was allowed to leave my bag until I was ready to return to pick it up. Fabulous service. Use your provided ear plugs. Rome is a city that does not sleep.

The pillows in my opinion are rock solid ( that’s my opinion) others may like a hard pillow.
