- The staff is exceptional!
- NOT HELPFUL STAFF
- The hotel was good, location was far but easy access to the train station. Food at the restaurant was so bad , pizza was tasteless and burnt out and i believed it was frozen. Wifi never worked in our room in our 4 night stay, even when we mentioned every day.
Cons -
- I tried to cancel my reservation via phone and was told it was taken care of. Then I was charged a "no show " fee! When I reached out to address it, I was blown off. NOT HELPFUL
- Food and useless wifi.
- They should refurbish the reception and change the furniture.

Food and useless wifi.
The rooms were very clean and the people in their Reception were very friendly especially the lady. Very beautiful environment. We didn’t get to see the cleaners but the rooms got tidied up before we came back. One of the group members exclaimed that the facility and the rooms make one feel it more like a home when we checked in. The breakfast featured many varieties and we were very impressed. The dinner was excellent and the stewards were very friendly. Though tip was included in in the bill we still had to personally tip the young guy that served us.
They should refurbish the reception and change the furniture.
Hotel was relatively clean very noisy as plains fly right over the top pool closed
Lovely breakfast, lots of variety including eggs, cold meats, breads, fruit, and so many cakes!
Breakfast was good. Hotel was beautiful. Rooms were comfy and location to station to get into central Rome was excellent.
Pool was shut until May which was ashame as was plenty warm enough for us mad English family.
COMFY BEDNICE RESTAURANT & FOOD
VERY UNPLEASANT RECEPTIONISTMOVED FROM A SUPERIOR ROOM TO STANDARD ROOM BECAUSE OF PET.NOT EVEN TISSUES IN ROOM
Loved the hotel and the staff... Everyone was helpful. friendly and did their best for us. Great food. Comfortable and a lovely place to be.
Staff friendly very clean great location close to station easy access to Rome nice area
the room with terrace was perfect for us and our dog. the breakfast is good but could be improved with more savoury options
the edge around the terrace didn't allow us to set free our dog as he'd be able to go through and run around loose. persistent sewer smell in the bathroomit's not clear what kind of pets are allowed and what's the cost
Breakfast was generous and something different every dayPool was lovely Views are spectacular
Hotel is nice, nice rooms, clean, good breakfast. Shuttle to Metro station works.
Nobody speaks English, recepcionist and the driver are not very nice. We didn't feel very welcome due to them.
Friendly service Great shuttle into the community
Fridge wasn’t working No kettle, cup/glasses in the room
Beautiful grounds in a safe area. Excellent breakfast and staff.
Quite a distance from the center .
Nothing. There was nothing to like. At most I can say that staff in restaurant (breakfast) was better than other staff.
There is long list.1 - Location - If you are coming from other country and don't have your own car, This is the worst choice of hotel to stay. Bus is not very frequent. Even if you get one you have to walk 700-800 Metre on a very poor road with luggage which is very dangerous at night as it is very isolated/2 - Hotel Room and facilities - It was decent size room. However, they did not provide even basic things - No electric cattle was provided. Staff said that we can ask for hot water whenever we need but no container was given. Every time you go to reception for hot water they will give a damn look at your face. It was so frustrating as if you are bagging after paying a huge price for room. I was not feeling well so I had to use hot water to drink. Imagine if you have a baby who needs hot water for milk and all.Not to mention they did not provide tea and coffee kit inside room or even on demand.3 - Staff - The most important aspect of any hotel or stay is the staff. As mentioned in other reviews, the staff is very rude and arrogant. While check-in the staff was acting as if they are very busy even if there are not many guest. They will not pay any attention. Just get the money and handover the key and forget it. all the staff baring 1 always had angry face..like the lady when I asked for hot water was like giving me a bad look. Last thing, we booked the taxi for the airport from the reception. They charged a very high price of 75 Euro but we agreed as we did not want to take chance and miss the flight. It was agreed that we will pay by card and will not pay anything beyond 75 Euro. Man at the reception insisted to pay extra 5 E but after talking to taxi guy he agreed for 75 E. Now next morning when we reached at the airport and started paying by card, driver asked 5 Euro extra. I mean what the hell...he said we have to pay 5 extra as we are paying by card....I thought these things not happens in Europe but trust me people are people...
The parkuneet was good
Rude frontdesk service when checking in. Didn’t tell anything about breakfast, dinner or other facilities. Spa, what I came for wasn’t in use and the room had weird smell. Also planes landing route to FCO goes above the hotel so you can hear the planes
The location was convenient for our purposes. Came directly from FCO & easy to head out to Napoli the next day. We didn’t arrive at the hotel until about 10 pm. We were exhausted & I can sleep through a lot but it should be noted it is about 2 KLM’s from Ciampino Airport & when planes land the drapes are almost billowing. The grounds were nice. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool. The staff were nice.
The breakfast was really disappointing. The first turnoff was little white plastic cups for juice. The coffee machine made undrinkable cappuccino. There was regular sandwich bread to be toasted but no nice bread or buns to slice for the meat & cheese. Expected a lot better!! The beds were very hard based on North American standards and even Italian. They were two single beds side by side which is ok but they need to be joined because I almost fell to the floor between the two beds. It was hot and the bed only had a sheet but it still needs a light blanket.
Really friendly and super helpful with shuttle bus and advice of where to go and what to look out for
The staff was amazing Especially Ricardo who drove the bus shuttle, he was professional and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good
