Pros +
- The location is great. Lots of cheap restaurants nearby and very close to the metro. The rooms were very clean and had all amenities.
- dangorous! bedbug, do not book!
- The staff was very helpful when we needed a late check-in and very detailed how to get in. Though it isn't close to main sites, it is very close to the metro, which got us everywhere! It was clean, relatively quiet, and I felt very safe. It was very economical!
Cons -
- Update: till now I spent around 4000 euro to get rid of the bedbugs that I brought from this hotel to my apartment. but still today i saw some bedbug bites on my skin. I lost a lot of money and time and still suffering from this problem that I got from this dirty and not responsable Hotel. I had even call the company to use anibedbug poison and spray it in the whole apartment. Now, I should throw away my bed, my mattress, my carpet, my couch, and still I do not know if every thing will be okay after that or not. It makes me very nervous and I could not even sleep. Sadly booking did not also put my photos after one month and it did not care about anything! Main review: I recently stayed at this in Rome and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The room was in very poor condition, and both I and my friend were bitten by an insect during our stay. The bites were itchy and painful, and we strongly suspect that they were caused by bed bugs.Even more concerning, today after returning home, I found an insect near my suitcase that looked very similar to a bed bug. This has made me extremely anxious about the possibility of bringing an infestation back with me.I am very disappointed and shocked that such a serious hygiene issue was present at the hotel. This situation has caused us not only physical discomfort but also emotional distress and the potential risk of contamination in our own home.I strongly recommend that this hotel is inspected to prevent future guests from going through the same terrible experience.
- It is very basic, but in Rome, we weren't there to stay in the room. They should take down signs and information about breakfast, there is none.
- bathroom was old and needs renovation.

very nice staff that makes my travel very easy. They were really supportive.
bathroom was old and needs renovation.
Nice location ! Good neighborhood ! Closer to Rome's great tourists' attractions
Hotel has no breakfast
Comfy bedEasy access to metro, only a 3-5 minute walkSupermarket nearby
This was a very nice hotel and well placed for a visit to Rome. The staff were friendly and very helpful whenever we needed anything. Excellent connections to the metro system which takes you back to Roma Termini in about 5 minutes, from Termini you can change to another metro line to get within walking distance to most attractions in Rome. There is also a tram stop nearby which is helpful if the metro can't take you where you want to go. There are bus stops nearby too but I would not recommend using the buses in Rome unless you are very experienced with them. (Termini also has bullet trains to Florence, Napoli and the train for fiumicino airport). There is a supermarket and pharmacy on the street across from the Hotel so you have everything you need within walking distance. The neighbourhood was quiet while we were there so even coming back late at night on the short walk from the metro station we always felt safe in the area. Rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels if desired. The beds were very comfy. The staff allowed us to store luggage before check in and after check out. I think for the price point you can't go wrong with this hotel.
The easy to use the facility and the patience the owner has. He explained everything I needed I know.
They still did my room even though I put the sign of no service. Also the hotel is near a busy street and you hear the cars drive by all night. I know the hotel can’t do anything about that. But if you are a light sleeper, then This place is not for you.
Room was tidy. The location is good. Friendly staff. Very good hotel!
Never again
The staff was quite strange. We had two cars to park and no matter how we parked the cars, it was never good enough. The staff was complaining, telling us to move the rented cars (they were already so close together, scrapping the vase) many times. Told us we couldn’t go out past 10:30pm, otherwise they’d lock us out. They spoke to us as if we were children (we were a family of ages 25-70), telling us we can’t go outside and wear certain clothes, and then proceeded to scam us when it came to paying taxes. We had a discussion about the little scam they performed, and the guy gave us some money back. Then he snatched it back during said discussion, then gave it back when we left the day after we arrived at the hotel. The rooms were alright, but I found rust and mould in mine.
The hotel was really nice and the room was fully renovated. The owners were super sweet and helpful. It is located in a safe and quiet area and very well connected to the city centre by subway.
Booked for 7 nights, left second day after dispute with owners
Outdated rooms. Staff & owner don't understand boundaries. Overcharged us by double with city taxes and parking our car.
Just simply : don’t go
Extremely rude and angry staff. We’ve never had such a bad experience before. The toilet ventilation wasn’t working. In the morning, we asked them to call a taxi, but they just closed the door and refused to help. Truly zero, zero, zero!
The worst so far
The night stuff was so bad and not respectful. Was shouting on us and was not able to talk in english.
The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. Good location.
The hotel is located on a busy street. I slept one night in a room facing the street. Even with the windows closed, I felt the annoying noise of cars from the street. I spent the next two nights in a room overlooking the inner courtyard, which was more comfortable and noise-free. I booked the courtyard side room but it was not included for the first night. I was not informed at the reception about the strikes in Rome on the last day of my stay, which could have resulted in me missing the flight. The hotel does not have an iron. The flush in the toilet was incredibly loud.
Able to check in early and only a couple hours after booking. Close to Metro. Clean, friendly staff.
Smell in room was quite strong, even with window open. (air freshener?) Otherwise, all was fine.
Location near a metro station
No wifi ay all, room had a bad smell
Awesome staff. My flight was delayed and it was next to impossible to get a taxi at Fiumicino and arrive before 11 pm. Franco did explain how I will get inside and sent me video of entering code to enter and where my key will be located. I got there few minutes after 11 pm and he was still waiting for me and another guest. As a solo traveler I got a tiny room, but it was all I needed. Comfy bed.
Quite a noise from the cars passing by all night, but there is not much the hotel can do about it.
Very friendly staff.
The WiFi was just non-existent. In the evening it would stop working completely, couldn’t even connect to the router. In the morning, when we would brief the owner, they would be very helpful to assist in order to fix it.
The location is really convenient and the staff is welcoming. Rooms have a mini-fridge which is very convenient. I appreciated the decorations on the closet.
The fact that the latest check in was at 10:30pm was problematic: I had to adjust my work schedule accordingly. The rooms are nice, but the forniture and bathroom are outdated. I could feel the vibration, probably from the subway.
