the staff were very good and helpful. they were prompt with answering all our queries. the location was good with shops, cafes, transportation nearby. the railway station is around 5 mins walk from the hotel. we stayed there for 2 nights and it was a good stay overall. it had a shared bathroom but the bathrooms were very clean and we always found them available when we needed them. there were 2 shared bathrooms outside.

the wifi was not working and the basin had no water around 1am. the rooms aren't noise proof and its disturbing when people talk outside and you're trying to sleep. the room light was very dim.

Great location. 2 blocks from Termini. Safe. Comfortable. Veey centric. Very affordable. Nice rommates. Very clean.

A few minute walk to the train station. The dorm room had comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and will hold your bags after checking out.

No actual kitchen but that was explained in the listing.

It was 29 outside and the AC was 27....If you have AC and have this temperature, why bother say you have in the room?

Nice staff, very responsive, clean room every day. Termini is known as a fairly shady neighborhood, but there are always people around and I never had any problems in the two times I've started in the area (I am a large male, though).

Fairly noisy seagulls outside much of the night, and there's no air conditioning or screens in the window, so you have to choose between heat or mosquitos.

Everything was clean and organized. The staff was friendly and made sure we always had assistance. We booked a room with private bathroom

Only stayed 1 night but everything was fine . It was a very clean hostel and I had a bed to myself in a 3 bed room . The staff were fine and it is close to the train station , so ideal for travelling around Rome

The hotel is convenient to Termini Station, and there are good bus and Metro links. A number of good value bars and restaurants nearby. The room is small but adequate. The shared bathroom was spotlessly clean. The owner was most helpful.

Don’t expect a breathtaking view from your window.

The place is old but well maintained and very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Storing luggage after checkout was no problem. I liked having a sink in my room.

My mattress had exceeded its end of life. It was quite worn out.

The room is confortable and clean. Its 6 minuts walking to train station. The price was faire. But the shower is a nightmare. Water gets cold or too hot. Very uncomfortable.

I loved the woman that worked there. She was very compassionate and empathetic when I was having issues with my passport.

It's an old cheap hotel. But it also didn't cost too, too much.

I have stayed many times in many different places but I have never seen a hotel like this. It was a complete disaster. Thank God I only stayed one night. The receptionist yelled at me for ringing the doorbell late. He also yelled at me when I asked for an iron in the morning and even walked up on me. I was solo traveler and i really scared of him. Even if you don't have a chance to stay anywhere, stay on the street instead of staying at that hotel.

The staff was very nice,they offered me anything i wanted.The single room was clean and had anything i needed.The location was perfect, few minutes of walking to the train station and center of rome.

A little bit noisy.Also the price seems to be a little too high for me.

Lovely staff, lugguage storage, half-empty and therefore quiet and bathrooms readily available. Quiet and well located, area was fine at night

No social area at all, so unless dorming you may as well get a nicer room in a hotel elsewhere for less or the same.Food prep literally just a fridge and kettle, regrouting the tiling would make a huge difference to the look
