No coffee in room or available in afternoon and evening

Breakfast was good, air conditioning worked really well. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, and every time I visit Rome, I try to book it.

Staff is all great, stayed there 1 night somewhere else for a few days and rebooked there when we returned to Rome. We liked the room we were in the first stay and requested it on our return if it was available and they accommodate our request within an hour. Good communication from the staff if you have questions. If in Rome again will stay again.

Not enough hangers in the closet

We loved the location of this hotel. It is about a 10 minute walk from Termini Train station and close to the main Rome sites. It is in a quiet safe neighbourhood and we noticed a lot of business people around during the day. The room was very large with a separate bathroom and entranceway. Our room was in the yet to be renovated portion of the hotel. The room was bright and clean but basic with little decor. The renovated rooms may have a little more decor. Breakfast was included and had a great great selection of hot and cold foods. There was also a good selection of coffee, milk, juices, yogurt and fruit. There are many great restaurants across the street and in the area.

The bathroom was basic.

Cleaning, flooring, sinks and beds not done or changed daily.The safe was unsecured because it wasn’t bolted in.The room was very dark.

All was perfect

Close to train station but in a nicer area than the hotels across street from station. It’s in the vicinity of the station a 12 minute walk.

Breakfast was lovely with a good selection. Location was terrific. We don’t mind walking into the main area and the local area had heaps of restaurants and cafes. Buses are close if you need them.

The pillows for us were too low and a bit hard.

What I like about the property is the location. It is close to the terminal where you can take the bus or train going to the airport. It is about 20 minutes walk to the Colosseum . And the hotel is right across restaurants . Breakfast is good.

I did not like about the property is that part of it are residential apartments. I could hear people talking because it echoes in the building. It has no vending machines to purchase snacks. I understand that there is a mini market across but what if you need a snack in the middle of the night and the store is closed? No mini- store inside for emergencies. I had been to different hotels in different places and one thing that is common with hotels in America, a mini convenient store inside the hotels. Most European hotels are missing that piece.

Close to a lot of the main attractions and the train station. The provided breakfast was great each morning.
