Pros +
- Clean and tidy. Well organised. Very polite and helpful staff.
- Hotel location and stand good.
- Breakfast is limited however the quality was perfect. Breakfast area is very Italian style and cosy. Location was more than anybody can ask for Rome. It is 2 min walking from Via do Condoti or Via del Corso and vvery close to restaurants, historic monuments.
Cons -
- The lift is very small and narrow.
- Not happy in the way the change in my booking was handled by Eleonora. Her attitude and contradictions throughout our stay was not impressive.
- Nobody told me that an elevator accommodate 3rd level. It is outside of fire proof door so nobody could ever imagine it. Till last moment I thought that the access was only through the staircases in the lobby. And something else... humour is always nice and accepted but should be kept in professional level. Sometimes become annoying to be humorous all the time.

Everything was perfect
A strange consent form that i have never signed in any italian hotel. It states that i agree that the hotel can give my information to the police as they explained to me and i had to sign it as i had already paid
Loved the location, staff, cleanliness, breakfast, and decor (much chicer in person than in pictures, and if you like art, you'll enjoy your stay here). This is the perfect boutique hotel.
The room is a bit small, but that is to be expected with European hotels. Otherwise, no complaints whatsoever - everything was lovely.
Great boutique hotel in a perfect location. The room was very good with a great shower, breakfast included nice variety and most of the staff were very nice and helpful, especially Khalid.
Very few staff members were very strict and not much welcoming.
Great location and clean and spacious rooms. Toiletries were replenished daily.
They force you to sign a paper that says they have full rights to process all your personal information and data on their website and to third parties, specifically the police, and if you refuse they will not check you into the hotel. Since they take their money in advance the client is forced to sign. Very spooky. No other hotel in Italy does this as my friends were in other hotels but they denied this and said all Italian hotels do this. Breakfast was very modest.
Extremely Clean rooms, polite personell, very good location.
The reception is in the secont floor, the elevator leads only to reception, rooms are mainly on third floor with staircase.Small elevator with a constently bad smell inside.
Location was very close to the Spanish Steps and Pantheon. Also main shopping street was two or three blocks away. Everything looked very classy especially the bath fixtures, but the Shower converter was hard to pull.
Bath fixtures were very pretty but no flow control only temperature. Converter in the shower from spray head to shower head was very hard to grasp. Also no flow control so it used a lot of water from the shower head.
Boutique hotel but luxuries service , everyone in staff very friendly specially Mr.Khalid , Breakfast small but Nice , Location is the best nice area and very walkable .
Good room with bathroom and good breakfast
Access lift tiny and claustrophobic. Lift shaft needs to draw fresh air from the roof to eliminate bad odors
Very good modern hotel, big size of the room and the service is just like in 5 star hotel. Highly recommended
The location is excellent, very close to the main shopping street, with many nice cafés around where you can easily go out for a coffee. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good compared to other hotels abroad. We were very satisfied with our stay, and if I come to Rome again, I would definitely choose this place.
Everything was awesome! The bed was very comfy, and the staff were incredible. Special thank you to Khaled and Derrick who both went above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast was also great. Would stay again!
Everything in the hotel was excellent except for the elevator, which was very small in size and had a sewage smell, making it unsuitable for hotel guests.

Location, Location, Location! This place is perfectly situated, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and most of the staff are exceptionally polite and welcoming.Breakfast offers a great variety of options to suit all tastes. The rooms are immaculate and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even the standard rooms are spacious enough to ensure a pleasant experience.
This was our second stay at the hotel, chosen primarily for its excellent location in the heart of Rome. The property is clean, the rooms are well-equipped and spacious—even the standard ones—and most of the staff are polite and welcoming. Breakfast offers a good variety, contributing to an overall pleasant experience. However, recurring plumbing issues have significantly impacted our comfort. During our first visit, we had to change rooms due to strong sewage smells. Unfortunately, even after switching rooms, the shower continued to emit unpleasant odors. This issue persisted during our second stay. The problem appears to stem from the shower’s P-trap, which may have been removed, improperly cleaned, or dried out—possibly due to air conditioning or low humidity. While other fixtures like sinks and toilets are unaffected, the shower consistently smells unless run for 10–15 minutes beforehand. High-fragrance cleaning products only mask the issue temporarily. Additionally, the elevator’s automated air freshener seems to be compensating for odors from the shaft, likely linked to the aging sewage infrastructure common in Rome’s historic buildings.Given the price point and the ongoing discomfort, we are now contemplating alternative accommodations for future visits. It’s disappointing, especially considering the hotel’s many strengths. It’s a pity that the Romans invented sewage systems and bathing—but can’t seem to fix a bloody shower.
Clean. Good breakfast. Helpful staff!
Not good value for money.
