    Pros +

    • location and size of room. Terraces were a nice feature as well.
    • The apartment was stunning. You could live in it full time. Location was great within walking distance to pantheon, colosseum, Roman forum and trevi fountain. Very easy to get to the central train station by several bus lines- we used bus line 85 and 170. Toiletries generously supplied, welcome gift in the fridge. Very impressed.
    • Great location, clean, and very comfortable. Had everything we needed except a hairdryer, and felt very safe.

    Cons -

    • Small elevator required multiple trips for bringing up luggage. Lack of parking lot was an issue as well.
    • The only thing was the lift was very small, making it difficult if more than a couple or if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise the place is perfect.
    • Our code didn’t work at first, but we called and were quickly given a solution. The sign by the elevator said it only had rooms 301-304 and we were given 305, so that was a little confusing.

    Location

    - personal information was leaked due to hacking and slow response when reported - dangerous stairs for elderly person and no access with elevator

That it has what you need in a hotel but can be found in the common area, just need to find it. Room was not bad, nothing to fancy but it does the job.

That there isn’t any front desk reception, everything is digital but robotic communication only.

To be honest, I don’t know where to start. Super clean apartment, everything went perfect. Very easy to access, bedsheets and towels super clean, the lockers for the luggage- amazing idea!Thank you for everything! Definitely we will come again.

Lighting was not great it was kinda dark

Great technology, facilities were cool and comfortable. Also stylish and hip. Great access to lockers was helpful.

Check in time could be a bit challenging, but lockers helped make it very manageable.

Location was great. Living room, kitchen and bedroom were ok

The bathroom was horrible. There was mold inside the shower throughout. The shower space was extremely small. The shower door was poorly designed and there was no way to open and close the door without the shower door touching your body. The pictures on booking.com are deceiving.

The clean stuff. It was quite comfy and had a good location.

I liked everything but the things i liked still couldve been better

    The location was good.

There are a ton of stairs. Also, the shower didn’t drain properly.

The location was great Was my best option for my budget Rooms are clean and spacious

Not very convenient it’s a semi hostel i’d say .the iron is in a different floor I have to go up overtime i want to iron my clothes. It’s a one of the basic amenities it should be in the room. Also the elevator system is weird! if someone takes their time( could happen because the lift takes you directly to your room door! So if you can’t open your key for example you need to get down and ask for help or you take your time at the elevator (not recommended people could be waiting for the lift) stairs are only available for emergencies. Anyways the design is a bad idea

It is close (5 to 10 minutes walk) to many iconic places in the city. Air conditioning and hot water are also perfectly fine.

    10GrahamPosted on: 4-17-2025

    Very central

Noise was pretty loud all night but airbuds were brill not hotel fault

Big rooms which are well equipped with washer and common dryer. Can sleep 4 adults which was great. It is clean and everything works, though it takes getting used to self service style. Location is fantastic though in a side alley. The cornettos at the breakfast restaurant were the best I’ve tasted anywhere.

The breakfast restaurant Plebiscito had a male server with beard who was unfriendly when we first arrived and didn’t bother to explain how the breakfast works. He also didn’t serve orange juice because we didn’t ask and he didn’t offer. He got 2 of 4 orders wrong. Other servers on other days were much better - lady in white uniform and two other males (one with dog, another tall and walks really fast).

OMG Location was an excellent and spotless place like my home. I loved the stay at this place! Everything was brand new, clean and very well organised. Customer service was also helpful; they replied to me immediately every time. After having a terrible experience in Rome with another host, they helped me with an early check-in as well.

    4InbalPosted on: 2-21-2025

The location and the location only.

The breakfast- poor and unsatisfiedWe had a toilet issue, which took time to explain via WhatsApp and fix. There is no cleaning service during the stay- only by additional pay. Overall, it is better to pay and stay in a normal hotel.
