It is very central. Cleanliness. Good breakfast
Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff, clean room. Hard to find something to dislike.
Everything was great.
The hotel’s location near the Spanish Steps is excellent. From the hotel, most of Rome’s main attractions can be reached on foot within up to a 35 minute walk in any direction. The nearby public transportation is also very convenient, and of course the shopping street is just a maximum of 10 minutes away.
The rooms are very small, but after getting used to them, it’s not really a problem.
Fabulous location, comfortable hotel with tasty breakfast, super friendly staff
The location, the very friendly and helpful staff, the delicious breakfasts. The cleanliness of the rooms. It exceeded our expectations. We had been recommended to stay with you and we loved every minute. My husband had to work all day on Friday and the WiFi was very good and he was comfortable at the desk in the room.
I didn’t like leaving ! We wished we could have stayed longer !
Super well-located hotel, right next to Spagna metro station.Very clean, excellent standard.Staff is extremely nice, attentive and friendly.Rooms could be a bit larger, but they match the typical size for major European cities.Overall: 5 stars. Highly recommended!
The locations, the staff, the cleanliness and the breakfast
the personal were amazing available 24/7 the breakfast was excellent! the location was amazing
Everything you needed to be very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff were wonderful. Location was in the fancy part of town close to a metro
Nothing really
The room was clean and spacious enough for me. Rooms were cleaned & tidied daily. Breakfast had a good range of options. Left is quite quick considering its age. All staff were very helpful and friendly - a pleasure to engage with.
Everything was great - there were no problems.
The welcome of the team in this hotel is fantastic. Really helpful, breakfast is great with the team helpful and welcoming and making amazing coffee. Brilliant location i would highly recommend it.
Excellent location, everything in Romewas in walking distance!!! The staff was very kind and friendly!! The rooms very clear and the breakfast perfect!!
Everything in this hotel was perfect and perhaps it would be one of the best hotels I ever stayed, but all this until the third day of our holidays. So, I had booked the deluxe suite for three persons and my choice was excellent since this room was magnificent. Unfortunately, at the third day the resepsionist said to us, that for the next two days we had to move to another room (junior suite, they told us that it is a free of charge upgrade!!!) because in our room it was necessary to have maintenance (some kind of repair) because there was a problem. We could not do anything else and we moved to our upgrade new room. This room was completely different from our choice and from the first moment there was a terrible noise from above. I asked one of the staff what happened and she told me that above us there is a flat with a family which has five children!!! At this point I became very angry and I asked her to explain me the reason for our moving to the new room. Actually the room that we stayed for three days was perfect and there was no obvious problem. When her explanations did not satisfied me, I asked her to go together to my first room (deluxe suite) and to show me which was the problem. AT THIS POINT THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO GO INSIDE THE ROOM, BECAUSE THERE WERE NEW GUESTS IN IT!!!! I understood of course that the only reason for the change was that they wanted to give my room (which I had already paid) to another family (propably because this room had the option to be connected whith the neighbouring room). Unfortunately, the last two days of our vacation we stayed in a room that we didn't like, very noisy with out any view outside. And all these although we had booked and paid for another room. The worst, of course, was that they lied without any shame to us in order to take our room for another guest !!!!!!! ??????
Really quiet place in a middle of everything. Staff was kind, room was small but cozy. Breakfast was very good with really good cappuccino and hot chocolate which was prepared individually.
Maybe it's because of the centre of Rome, but a little bit overpriced.
1.The location.2. The staff.3. The breakfast room.The hotel's ambience.
Great location...everything was within walking distance. Metro nearby. They helped us schedule taxi to airport. Breakfast was good. All of the staff were fun and knowledgeable especially Dahlia who was super helpful, and friendly
Location good for us within walking of Borghese Gardens, Piazza Spagna (Spanish Steps), restaurants, shops, and other Rome interests. Less dense of people than closer to central Rome. Room good size, Bathroom reasonable with good operational shower. Good room service. Breakfast very good with good service.. Front desk personnel very helpful and responsive. Elevator was vintage and fun to learn how to manage but also had wide spiral steps.
Pillows were a little too hard. Only heat was available during this time of year, November. However, it was rather warm November for Rome with no A/C available but was able to open window to cool down. Be nice to have a few more smartphone charge spots.
Loved Manfredi Suite Hotel! 10/10. Staff is so hospitable, kind and at your service. Location is uniquely charming, a little oasis of peace, and central at the same time. I felt truly lucky to come back every day after the noise and crowds of busy Rome. The facilities are boutique luxury, great taste and cozy, with all modern fixings, and maintained meticulously; all in an antique palazzo. The cleanliness is outstanding, and done to the detail daily. Their restaurant’s breakfast is delicious, lots of options and one can order coffee that the barista prepares. I wish would’ve taken advantage of it more often while I was there. I hope I can return to Rome because this is where I would stay again!
Leaving.
Beautiful well-appointed old world charm family-run hotel reached by an elevator to the 3rd floor situated in a great location next to Spanish Steps. Ideal walking distance to shopping, eating and to the most iconic rooftop hotels. Quiet and nicely decorated European rooms with attention to detail with a bottle of wine in your room upon arrival. Attentive and friendly staff at all hours. The breakfast was ample and varied with daily in-house pastries and delicious cakes made by pastry chef Roberta and this is just one of the reasons why I would come back to this Roman boutique hotel and will book directly next time.
