Excellent location, amazing value for money on breakfast, comfortable room, and staff who went above and beyond to help me in a difficult situation. Their kindness and assistance was so admirable! Definitely recommend

The location was central, only a 10/15 min walk from Roma Termini. The room was clean, staff was very friendly.

The decor in the hotel is dated. Everything is kept clean but not everything is in working order. Windowknob kept felling off and the fridge in my room was broken. The shower was difficult to operate, either scorching hot or icecold water was available unless you operated the knob in a very specific way.

The staff were all helpful and polite.. the room has a king-size bed and is comfy.. also the vending machine is quite handy..the location of the hotel is awesomw!!

There were no kettle inside the room for making hot water..

I like everything about this hotel: it’s cozy, rooms are large, the team is warm and always available—Mario is great.

The bed was not 10 points, but was good.The shower dos not have enough pressure, i has to wash my hair in the sink. I did not ask to fix it, as i just ahawdred my hair once. Could have been worst if my stay was longer.

The rooms were big and comfortable, location was perfect. Not too close to the noisy streets, but also not too far from sights.

I think breakfast variety has some room for improvement. I did not try it myself because I saw that there were not many options to choose from.This is not a deal breaker for me though.

The staff was always helpful. Nothing was ever a bother. There were free pastries which was a pleasant surprise.

You could hear the outside noise in the morning so just bring some earplugs for sleeping.

Great price. Close to the center and a lot of interesting stuff and neighbourhoods. The staff were very helpful with everything.

The service from the staff was extraordinary and the value of the stay, compared to the price, is great.They let us keep our luggage at the hotel during our last day until we had to take the train to the airport.

I wish that the breakfast would be a little more varied… Just because is my favorite thing while staying at a hotel. But again is worth for the cost.

It’s not a complete negative but it’s on the 4th floor and the lift is quite small.

Nothing not to like.

Excellent stay. Amazing localization. Staff were to help me when I needed. Very safe place to walking around. I was solo traveler. All worked fine. The surround is full of police (mainly in the morning)

A small inconvenient - the mini fridge wasn’t working in the room. But they moved me to another room right away

The hotel was located just enough outside of the main parts of Rome. There was minimal street noise. The beds were not the most comfy, but they were fine for the two nights I stayed there. The front desk staff offered us a free breakfast our first morning which was very nice.

Our bathroom reaked of smoke which was very unpleasant. The room was fine, but the smell in the bathroom was so pungent. The beds were not that comfortable, but they were fine for two nights.

During our three-night stay, we experienced the following issues:Insufficient water flow from both the shower and the taps; the pressure was very weak.No hot water was available after 10 PM.The fridge was not working.The drainage was blocked and caused overflow.Overall, this made our stay quite uncomfortable and not a pleasant experience

We arrived at 2:00am, but the hotel is open 24 hours. The staff was nice. The hotel location is excellent to visit many places around.

The room is short.

Location was excellent - easy walk to the train station and other areas of interest. Rooms were well-maintained and the hotel staff were very friendly.

Nothing - a nice hotel all round. Possibly the noise from other rooms due to close proximity, but nothing to complain about.
