- great location, close enough to everything, but far enough away to be out of the crazy traffic and people, staff was exceptional, breakfast was incredible, and loved the smaller size
- The hotel was just perfect. So much Italian Character!! Location great walking distance to various sights. The ambience was wonderful. We loved the patio area so peaceful sitting outside having a cappuccino.

Cons -
- Nothing negative to say.
- Breakfast varieties can be improved
- The hotel did not know of our arrival. They said it was because we booked via Booking.com. there is nothing worst than not be made to feel welcome when you arrive to your hotel. It was quite embarassing. Also the room looked really tired. The bathroom's facilities were chipped and everything felt just tired and not special for the €220 a night. Breakfast was also very average. We won't be back.

Room was super and staff were excellent. Simone on reception is a gentleman and was extremely friendly and helpful
Location
Bathroom is terrible, bathtub was broken with mold on the walls.Breakfast is average for a 4 star hotel, no hot dishes except omlette that wasn't refilled.....
We LOVED our stay here!!! The hotel and gardens were beautiful! The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming. Breaking on the patio was lovely as well. The location was perfect for walking to many of the sights and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and comfortable… with the beds were not so hard. We will definitely return!
Very warm welcome and guide us how to visit view spots in Rome.
Room facilities are quite old style
Great location we walked to all the major attractions. The staff were super friendly and helpful nothing was a problem. Lots of restaurants nearby. They have a lovely garden where you can have breakfast or an afternoon refreshment. Highly recommend.
The bed was a little hard but other than that perfect.
The hotel was beautiful and the staff were incredible. Simone, Sandrina and Nandia went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We were a large group there for a wedding and they helped us with our ironing transportation etc. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Location it was a very nice area walking distance from everything very close to Borghese GardensVery good restaurants nearby
Location and staff
Need breakfast on weekends longer .Also need tissues in room
Beautiful hotel, large rooms, good clean bathrooms, and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good, fresh produce and a choice of cooked and cold. All staff are kind and go out of their way to help. Will definitely stay there again.
From March 18 to 25, my sister and I stayed at this hotel. It’s a small, cozy place—very clean, with a delicious and filling breakfast. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, about 15 minutes walk from the city center. The staff were truly wonderful—always trying their best to help with anything we needed. If something was missing in the room, they immediately brought it, always with a kind apology. Out of the attentive and caring team, we’d especially like to thank Simone at the reception and Nadya, who took care of breakfast. Nadya even remembered how we liked our coffee and when we usually had it.Since we were leaving very early, they arranged a taxi for us and even prepared breakfast boxes to take with us. We’re so grateful for everyone’s patience and their efforts to understand our “English.”Thank you all for your kindness!— Betty and Irina

Perhaps I wasn't paying attention but was surprised to find breakfast included. Good start to the stay and open for quite long hours. The location worked really well for me. Close to the "centre" but also very close to the park which I loved. I spent most of my visit walking to the site or using local buses. The room was functional. Very much in line with expectations. The wellness room was a lovely facility after a few days on your feet. It isn't huge but perfect for 1 or 2 people. They do need advance notice to prepare it.The staff were great and welcoming
Really struggling to think of something. The lift was particularly slow (but I mainly used the steps) but I think that might be a Rome thing. Noticed slow lifts in other places.
The location of the hotel is perfect. Walking distance to the center and in a quiet area. It has a cozy garden. The size of the rooms is fair.
This place can be a little gem if managed better. It is not maintained properly and there a lot of things to be replaced. You can in the pictures the status of the bathroom - with a lot of mold and some stains on the toilet lid that cannot be cleaned but create a very unpleasant feeling when you have to use it. The bathtub has some scars. Overall, bathroom needs some proper renovation. We had two issues during our stay and it was not taken care of them - the faucet was leaking (which creates a very annoying sound) and the tank took a lot of time to refill. Once you flush, you had to wait for more than 10min to refill and be able to use it again. We stayed on the ground floor and there isn’t any additional door between the lobby and the rooms. Therefore we could hear all the noise from the lobby. I had to use earplugs to be able to sleep. Breakfast could have been fine if the quality of the products was good. Coffee was not good at all. I ordered a cappuccino the first morning and didn’t even bother to try it again, I couldn’t drink it. I had a rotten boiled egg the last morning. The bread was not fresh and the bakeries were also not good. Apart of that, there was an annoyed lady to serve you which adds up to the overall experience in the hotel. There are no coffee making facilities in the rooms and daily cleaning is also not very good.As a summary, I would try another hotel next time I’m traveling to Rome.
Everything. Breakfast; staff; cleanliness; a small gym however good enough for me; breakfast everything fresh; good restaurants near hotel.
Not a problem for me but way back to hotel is slightly uphill
