Esposizione Palace Hotel

Amazing location. Walking distance to some of the main attractions (Coliseum, Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi) and to subway station and bus stops. Very close to train station (also walkable if without luggage). Spacious rooms, close to good restaurants.

Staff is cordial but unprepared and often amateurish. One night we didn't have towels in our room. One hour after we asked, the staff member came with two hand towels. They didn't change the bathroom rug and were unable to call us a cab late at night.

The room was nice enough. Close to train station.

The clerk at checkout was not so helpful: 'couldn't' make change on a 20 euro note. Suddenly found change when manager arrived. Neighborhood was sketchy.

So many things They barely clean the rooms Nobody is available to help with the luggage however we asked about that and they confirmed that there is help When we arrived they told us they will transfer us to another hotel in the 5th floor because the hotel we booked will be under renovation and when we refused they gave us terrible room with no hot water in the bathroom which made us asking for upgrade and we had to pay extra money It was very unpleasant experience staff also were very unprofessional they never reply our calls before 10 am however it is written that they are available 24 hours

The location, the staff, particularly Rozel, she was extremely helpful.. the mini bar in the room was a convenient touch

LOTSS of stairs and the lift is a bit old, takes quite long and is extremely small

I little tricky to check in, but good hotel in a good location.

Elevator!!!

Super central location – everything is less than 2 km away, which made getting around really convenient. The rooms were clean and felt safe, which I really appreciated as a solo traveler. The only downside was that the hot water took a while; I might not have waited long enough, so my showers ended up being lukewarm. On my last night, someone moved into the room next door and it got a bit noisy.The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, the train station is a 15-minute walk, and the airport is just 32 minutes away on the express train – all very easy to navigate. Overall, a solid stay, and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Lack of storage in room. Hanging space, but no drawers so we lived out of suitcases for smaller items.

Location, room size, cleanliness, staff all excellent. The only unsatisfactory aspect was that it was not made clear my tariff did did not include breakfast and that breakfast was extra and in a restaurant a short walk around the corner. But this is a place I would stay in again.

By roman standards the room is a normal size, cleaned perfectly every day. comfortable mattress and pillows, the room has a coffee machine, kettle, and a small refrigerator. The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel itself is on the 2nd floor, but to get to the reception you need to go up to the 3rd floor.

It's a small thing, but an important one - the bathroom lacks hooks for clothes or a shelf. and if you have big suitcases - it will take a long time to get up, the elevator is the size of a closet:), it's an old beautiful building

Great location, room was big and clean and comfortable. AC and noise wasn’t as much of an issue as people reported but I sleep with noise cancelling headphones in. Water was warm the whole time.

Housekeeping had clearly gone through my stuff while I was out. Luckily I read other reviews of this happening so I locked my valuable stuff up. I called the front desk to report it and they clearly didn’t care and did nothing.

More than perfect location, clean rooms, friendly staff!

Floor dirty… toilet paper the cheapest one very hard, booking.com showed me another type even cortines were dirty definitely a lot of money for such a room. No what I was thinking.Dissapointed!

Great location - 20 minutes from the Colosseum, super small room. Easy check in and comfortable bed.

It should have a breakfast. One water, cold drink can be free.

Location was quite good, quite close to train station and close to some of the historical attractions. The room was very spacious for a hotel in a city as was the bathroom. Cleaner went in the room daily without having to ask, she did the beds and folded the pjs nicely, changed towels daily and emptied any rubbish. Stayed at better rated hotels which didn't even offer such a service, truly impressed!

Our room had a single and a double bed, it would be nice to have another bedside table for the single bed as there is space for it. Toilet paper holder needs repairs and shower setting not working properly. It is supposed to be switched to the hand held shower but it also still comes down from the over head shower. Sound proofing is non existant. Being on a main road you'd think they have proper soundproofing, but no, i wish i counted all the sirens i heard even quite late at night!!

The location was very convenient, just 10-15 minutes walking from the Colosseum and good distance from everything. The rooms were comfy and the bathrooms nice and clean. Also the staff very friendly and helpful with everything concerning us! We had a really good interaction with all of them and especially Rocel and Jeffrey who assisted us with every small inconvenience and were always smiling!

The first night we slept in a room without queen size bed, there were two single beds together, and with broken shutters, they apologized and provided us with a better room.

The hotel is central and the staff were amazing

My only downside was the location of my room was beside the main entrance door on our floor and that door was really loud and squeaky opening and closing so it woke me a few times, the room itself was amazing and I would still recommend the hotel to friends, the door could just maybe do with some maintenance ?

There was no breakfast, its is not actually a hotel, but a half floor on Via Nationale 66.

The window shutters did not work at all, so we had to wake up by first light.

Fantastic location to where ever you need to go, would recommend it to anyone.Hotel rooms spotless cleaned every day fresh towels etc can not fault it at all ??❤️
