    Pros +

    • The staffs were very nice and friendly. They helped store my luggage for a few days without any charges that let me travel around Italy more comfortably. Next time in Rome, I will definitely stay here.
    • The staff here are absolutely amazing special shoutout to Wissem, Francisco, Apou, and Alex. They make you feel right at home. The hotel is really clean and well-maintained, just a 10–15 minute walk from the Colosseum, with a bus station nearby as well.A very special thank you to Wissem — he is truly outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.
    • I enjoyed the clean modern design and room. The staff was very patient and accommodating, providing direction to the sites when requested. I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Rome.

    Cons -

    • The only downside is that the hotel rooms are on the smaller side, but everything else more than makes up for it.
    • The stairs with baggage was a challenge. To be fair the staff assisted as necessary.
    • The internet connection was very poor in our room. The bathroom was very small

The staff - Louis is the best. He welcomed us with the best espresso, explained how to visit all sightseeings in Rome in a short period of time, was very kind to us.The location - it is very close to Colosseum. Just 10 minutes walk. The is a bus station very close to the hotel. Nearest metro station is 500 meters away.Clean room

The internet connection was very poor in our room. The bathroom was very small

Staff was very helpful with information for a first time international traveler. Location is good, very close to public transportation and not far from all the main attractions.

    7DebiePosted on: 11-24-2025

Staff are accommodating. Hotel is less than a couple of mins walk to and from the bus stop.

No signage and no lift to the reception desk. Bathroom is dark, a couple of light bulbs are burnt. Sink is not draining well. Hotel is not near of any establishments such as grocery store, cafe or restaurants.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great central location ,15 min walk to the Colosseum . Close to the 81 bus stop whose route goes past many attractions

    10TaraPosted on: 10-28-2025

Comfortable bed, good location - near Colliseum but a quiet street, felt safe.

    9JuliaPosted on: 10-19-2025

The rooms were spacious, comfy beds, and prime location that was a 15 minute walk from the Colosseum. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly.

No onsite parking, but we were able to find metered parking nearby.

    10StephenPosted on: 10-9-2025

Cleanliness, friendliness of staff, breakfast, easy access to public transportation. The fact that the manager, Francesco, is fluent in Portuguese!

    We have no complaints.

location was great, close to public transportation and walking distance from the Colloseum. good solid WiFi.

rooms were small, "Smart TV" were not in fact smart. breakfast was poor, and there's no elevator from the ground level to the reception.

    4ShalyPosted on: 10-3-2025

Staff are polite and helpful. Several bus stops and a big supermarket some walking distance from hotel.

Not clean and not well maintained. They change the sheets and give you new towels but that's it - chairs in the room are filthy, floor is sticky, bathroom shower doors have broken handles etc. Small room. Opening the room with the key is always tricky. Aircon can not be operated with the remote, the safe is not working. Breakfast is average, pastries are delivered everyday but for some reason some taste like old bread. Better to eat breakfast in a nearby café.

    7ElizabethPosted on: 10-2-2025

The staff were EXCEPTIONAL. Immediately greeted outside, and they took care of us so well. I am so grateful for how kind they were.

The room was loud. We could hear every noise all night. People talking in the bar or checking in sounded like they were right outside our door. The road noise was okay, but inside the hotel was VERY loud. The room was also not very clean. The bathroom could use some deep cleaning. A chair in the room had a stain. The bed was clean though. For the price of the junior suite, it was not very private, and I would have been better just getting two rooms that were connected at another hotel.

Great location!!!Staff was so nice and helpful!Gave suggestions on where to eat and how to get around!!

    9AdityaPosted on: 9-24-2025

Well-maintained property with comfortable rooms and excellent Staff. Francesco was super warm and helpful and his recommendations for places to see in Rome and restaurants to check out were absolutely great.

    9EllenPosted on: 9-22-2025

The staff was so helpful and friendly.

The only thing would be to have two room keys. One flight of stairs to carry luggage would be difficult for some

    1LesliePosted on: 9-12-2025

Front desk was very helpful on where to go around Rome.

Front desk personnel was not readily available when we had a key issue and checked out.

    10RoxannePosted on: 9-10-2025

We liked everything! Francisco was wonderful! He was so kind and helpful. They arranged pick up from the airport so we didn’t have to worry about that. We had a little trouble with our flights which resulted in a long day. Francisco had a glass of wine waiting on us and upgraded our room to a great view. Breakfast was perfect with pastries, breads, yogurts etc. Everything was clean with quaint decor. The location is not far from the Colosseum and very walkable. We have never been to Rome before so we have nothing to compare to but if we come back we will stay here because I can’t imagine service could be any better anywhere else.

    10AdelePosted on: 9-5-2025

The staff was exceptional! The bathroom well lit, and the bed comfortable.

    The room was small

    8DinaraPosted on: 7-18-2025

Staff is great! Standard rooms are basic and smaill. But delux rooms are very spacious and freshly updated.

You will have to take a bus or taxi to visit all attraction spots and restaurants in downtown Rome.. But the good thing is that the bus station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Just make sure you return to hotel before 9pm if you plan to ride a bus. After 9 pm, buses dont run as frequent. We had to ride an uber couple times to return to hotel after late dinner in downtown.
