    • Hotel is very close to all attractions in general about 30 to 55 mins walking distance to the coliseum, piazza di spagna, trevi fountain, Vatican City. Many nice restaurants and stores. Hotel is about 3 mins away from Roma Termini. Nice place ro stay.
    • On site staff was great
    • Location was excellent, 3 min walk from Termini station, so it was easy to get anywhere in Rome. Nice breakfast and very helpful staff. Mini fridge in room. As single room it was decent size of room and great looking bathroom. All look like recently renovated.Great value for money

    Cons -

    • Noise.… hallway door slammed very loudly!
    • View just into the inner courtyard
    • Unfortunately, interactions with some staff felt unfriendly and unwelcoming, which affected the overall experience.

It was very nice experience and the location was convenient for us…the stuff are friendly and they can help with anything 24/7, also the room was value for money and had all the necessary equipment! Also warm and comfortable…I do recommend

The location is convenient, close to the train station. I'd read a lot of negative reviews about the area being dangerous. We arrived at night and walked from the train station to the hotel at 3 a.m. without any problems. The breakfast was delicious and filling, the cleaning was daily, and the staff was friendly.

The location was convenient for exploring Rome and close to transport and major sights.

Unfortunately, interactions with some staff felt unfriendly and unwelcoming, which affected the overall experience.

The Administrator agreed to change my room very quickly and the new one was better.

The hotel has a room No.3, near reception. It's a catastrofic room! I never met so laud and uncomfotable room. If you get the key from this room - exchange it immidiately.

Close to the train station, decent room (clean has the basics, and fit our family of 4 with luggages). I read reviews of the breakfast so i didn’t expect much, but I thought it was alright- i actually really liked the coffee, nice and strong! Breakfast service was pleasant - but best to have breakfast early to get seats since the dining area is quite small.

It was okay as a transit hotel as it was our last night in Italy, we were in between cities and needed access to the train station. But i probably will not spend too many days here. I didn’t realize that the hotel is in a building with other hotels. The elevator is small, so since we had a few luggages, it took a while to bring them up and bring them down. All told though, i think for the price the value is alright.

-Location-Clean room and a great pressure in the shower-The morning cappuccino made by a proper barista

-Mini fridge in the room was 14 degrees-Only Italian TV channels -Breakfast was below basic served in a small reception/hallway

I booked a room for one, it was very convenient and clean. The staff are super nice and welcoming, the breakfast is good as well. Hotel well located, a 3 min walk from Roma Termini, close to the center. Highly recommend !

Nothing to mention here, my stay was pretty great.

We visited 01/2026 and the price was 73€/night with breakfast for two people + 30€ city tax for 3 days. ➕️The hotel has a great location, close to restaurants and shopping, as well as the metro and train. ➕️A solid and well-fitted key safe is included in the room price.

➖️The rooms are renovated and clean. However, the renovation was not very successful, because the doors to the hallway are like paper and there is no any seal = you can hear everything going on in the hallway at night and it wakes you up early in the morning... see photo.

Everything was perfect. It is very good to see the smiling staff. Cleaning was Ok. The photos are old. They made a lot of changes. New photos should be uploaded. It is better now. Thank you for everything.

Nothing. Of course it depends. Expectations?

Convenient termini and an easy walk to all the sights. Newly renovated and very clean, they even serviced my room everyday, something I’ve not experienced in a budget hotel before! There is usb & c points near the bed and the shower was lovely and hot. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and the barista coffee was very appreciated. Really good value hotel, highly recommend.

I’m being really picky here as these things are subjective. For me, the bed was a bit hard, but I’m an older woman with arthritis. The room was also too hot for me but the heating is individually controlled and I had mine turned off. Positive was I could open the window as it was an internal courtyard room and very quiet.

Hotel Ferrarrese is a.very good 2-star hotel near Termini. It is close to the main city attractions at the same time. The hotel was newly renovated, the room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended value for money if you need to stay in close proximity to the railway station

    5MARIEPosted on: 1-19-2026

Hotel was close to the train. AC was wửoking. Staff ứa nice and friendly.

Breakfast option could be better offering a little more than just croissant, cereal and roll everyday.

    10PawełPosted on: 1-19-2026

Hotel close to Roma Termini, newly refurbished spacious rooms.

    9UnknownPosted on: 1-11-2026

Nice and friendly staff, clean and quiet room with comfortable beds (I believe the room was a freshly renovated)good location.

We had a room on the same floor as a reception and in the evening time we could small a cigarette .

Great location - 5 min walk to public transportation into the heart of the city. We arrived around 9pm and needed to buzz reception to get in BONUS : added security!!! The elevator to reception & rooms is snug & might need to take a few trips depending on how much luggage you have. A very good extremely clean smaller room with comfortable beds. Though bathroom is small, it was clean. Staff were fantastic and breakfast was AMAZING!!!

Had issues with no hot water, contacted reception and issue was attended to immediately. Took some time for the hot water to come through but I think this was a one off situation.

Good location . Room is clean.

The room is small, has three beds, and there is a musty smell when you open the door.
