The air conditioning was not working properly and despite being on all the time, it was cold in the room. My kids had to sleep with hats and warm clothes. Breakfast was included but it was very basic - only a cup of coffee, one croissant, jam and biscuits.

CLEANNING PERSONNEL STOLE MY PRIVATE EXPENSIVE CREAM FROM THE JAR, LEAVING IT EMPTY IN THE TOILET!!!

Poor, very minimal breakfast. Dry croissant, coffee, juice. Parking very tight.on VERY busy street. Hard to get in and out onto highway. Rome traffic is fast and furious. Intermittent WiFi
