Great location, clean rooms, and secure access.

Hotel was close to public transportation.

The room was small and the hotel looked tired.

The location was relatively convenient.

Unfortunately, the stay was not very comfortable. The hotel was quite noisy at night. The elevator, which seemed to have been added to the building later on, was making noise throughout the night, and I was not able to sleep well. The staff were not particularly friendly. Even though I had completed the online check-in in advance, we still had to wait a long time upon arrival. Additionally, the room we were given was not the one I had booked.

I love the staff (very friendly) and localization

It was very noisy in the night. I woke up every night because neighbors did something loudly. Also my TV-set wasn’t able to connect my iPhone.

Breakfast was good. Room had everything required and was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.. Location was approx 20-30 mins from main attractions. However taxis are reasonable if it’s for more than 1 person. Metro and bus stops are close by and are cheap e.g. € 1.50 per journey. Beautiful city.

The hotel's location is ideal - you’ll find it on a quiet street. But it’s an 8-minute walk to Termini station and a 4-minute walk to Castro Pretorio metro station. It's very convenient to get all the places of interest. The room is larger than regular hotel rooms. Good soundproofing and very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly. Also highly recommended restaurant Bramble 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Small room. The double bed doesn't have a solid mattress.

The location offered excellent accessibility to both the metro and Termini. The staff consistently demonstrated politeness and friendliness throughout our stay. We experienced no issues during our visit. The room was maintained in a clean condition, and housekeeping services were provided daily.

The breakfast selection currently offered is consistent on a daily basis. It would be beneficial to explore options for varying the menu to avoid repetition.

Everything went very well. The room, the service and the breakfast was wonderful. The location is exceptional. The staff of the hotel was always ready to give help. Every thing was perfect.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable. I think there were two mattresses.

Chose this hotel due to walking distance from Terminus train station. Away from high tourist traffic areas, great price and great room.

Great location, close to the Termini station but on a safe and quiet street, with both public transport and a supermarket close-by. Beautiful room, clean, and great breakfast.

The Shower and air conditioning doesn't work that good!

I enjoyed the stay. Location very convenient: close to Termini train station, but safe, perfect if you have to go to Policlinico Umberto I, Sapienza University, and also close to the city center. Many restaurants in the surroundings. Staff very friendly, room fine, good breakfast. Highly recommended!

Located in quiet area, close to the metro and bus stations. Close to supermarkets for food. Termini station quarter further away. Quiet rooms and neighborhood. Variety of options for the breakfast. There was an option to call a taxi at the reception.

Shower gel and soap should have been added every day. Slippers should be located in the room. Water must be added for breakfast.
