Front desk clerk always distracted when conversing, carrying 2/3 conversations at the seem time. In high tourist area, we expected better spoken English by hotel staff. Beds were not comfortable & A/C could have operated better to keep comfortably cool.

Great location. Comfy and clean room with lots of charm. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved our stay.

Front desk attendant tried to sell us a Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour package for a combination of cash & credit that was more expensive than buying it from the tour company directly. Cash/credit combo seemed suspicious so we bought directly from tour company.

The location, although there were many ongoing refurbishment around it.

The air conditioning is central and it was not cooling down our apartment. We complained but nothing was done, not even sending someone to check the settings, for example.

I didn't like the fact that our rooms were not in the main building where the lobby was. We were 1/2 a block down the street in a 5th floor with an elevator only to the 4th. The next day they changed our rooms to a lower floor and we wasted the mornin

This hotel is in a perfect location. It's very close to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. It's walking distance to the Colloseum and ancient Rome. The front desk staff was very polite and very helpful.

I don't mind a small room, but our room was ridiculously small. There was not even enough room to open your luggage. The bathroom was also uncomfortably small. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean.
