Pros +
- close to the train station and lots if good restaurants around it
- Clean, quiet 4 star hotel. Close proximity to train service, nearby many good restaurants Professional/friendly staff. Excellent breakfast for a small cost. Free internet. Great shower/towels always hot water. Beds comfortable. Would stay again.
- Top floor double room is worth the price. View of rooftops and church and quiet because you are above street noise. Perfect location a block from Termini main train station. Breakfast buffet is a lot for Italy. Complimentary bottle of wine.
Cons -
- the rooms is super small. The bathroom has no shower curtain so when you shower, expect the bathroom to flood. The mini fridge didnt work. the queen size bed was two twin beds combined and they kept separating when my partner and i were being intimate
- Small refrigerator in room did not work.
- No AC in April but that is expected in Italy. AC is on only during summer months. No towel racks in bath but other Italy hotels have same minor problem. House cleaning did not clean wine glasses.

Close to Rome termini.
We appreciated that fresh towels were provided daily, and the room was clean and comfortable.
We were very disappointed with the breakfast. It was nothing like the pictures — none of the smoothies or variety of fruits shown in the photos were available, and the selection was not very nourishing. The breakfast staff rushed guests out as soon as they appeared to be “done eating,” even if they were still having coffee or finishing some pastries. We found this to be extremely rude and not service-oriented at all. We initially thought it was a one-time incident, but we stayed for five nights and experienced the same treatment every day.
Very close to Termini station, helpful reception
I have been blocked the full price for the hotel just before the arrival, but it was not the payment, just a blocker. Finally I was supposed to pay the full amount again. This was a very negative surprise, as I would have needed to have a double amount of money secured for the stay, which nobody had informed about. Luckily the Lady at the reception helped us sort it out, which we are very grateful for. All in all however, the idea is compeltely not ok. What's more, in our room a lot of things needed to be fixed during our stay. It needs renovation. Finally there was a very strange elecrtical setup in the room. Either everything was on (all the lights and TV) or nothing! Generally rather a disappointement than an enjoyable stay.
Excellent stay in the heart of Rome. The location is perfect, right in the city center and within easy reach of major attractions, restaurants, and transport. What truly stood out was the receptionist, who was exceptional, highly professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made the experience even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Rome.
loved the location, and the room the room looked very good and was comfortablethe hotel is very close to the merto - huge advantage
.Breakfast was too basic, would love to get more options of eggs, cheese bread and vegtables for exampleespecially the eggs, there was only one type of egg and it was cold
Location was excellent
Beds were really uncomfortable. No mattress topper and cheap pillows. Cheap linen. You should have adapted for a busy Italian holiday so staff at breakfast were unnecessarily overworked
All was good
I arrived at the hotel at 4 am, the employee did not allow me to sit inside the lobby at that late hour, saying I can't stay more than 5-10 minutes or you have to pay, I had to pay before my check-in time, he was a guy with headphones. He gave me the wrong room, the balcony view was just disappointing, even though I had written to the hotel in advance.
Actually, I couldnt stay at this hotel. Because they have done overbooking, so when I arrived at the airport I learned this information they just write me 1 message about this and my new hotel. Furthermore, even they have mentioned in the message that being free to ask questions and I asked some normally, they didnt answer it and just pass them. So disappointing and streesful day for me. I hate last time plan changes and feel frustruiated. So never recommend it.

Location was great. Central and close to the termini station.
The facilities were poor and bathroom was cramped with no screen on shower. No iron available.
It was super close to termini station which was fantastic. After reading the other reviews I was really worried, but our stay was great. Are the rooms small and outdated? Yes. But were they clean and comfortable? Also yes. No signs of bugs, the staff were all pleasant and the breakfast had a selection of meats, cheese and pastries. I really don’t have too many negative things to say, except for the lack of modern amenities and knowing a fresh coat of paint would go a long way.
The location is near the metro and other public transport, and there is a restaurant nearby where you can enjoy a delicious meal.
The room was very small, so we had to pack and unpack our things in the hallway (there was no space in the room). The hotel refused to refund us for one night (we asked for this more than a month ago, as our plans changed) - the hotel's policy leaves much to be desired. Poor sound insulation, we could hear all our neighbors.
Hotel is bright and clean. The staff are friendly. Good location to main attractions, and especially the train station.
No hot breakfast - limited variety - no fresh juice. Quality of coffee tasted bitter. No coffee/tea facility in the room.
Nothing, staff lying about everything!!!
AC is turned on only from 6:00pm to midnight and it was hot! Lied about it and when I spoke to manager that’s what they said! Your website says AC not partial!! The breakfast was horrible, they were out of everything! The orange juice wasn’t avoidable because they were out! Miserable
It was close to the train station and lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful
Very close to train station
No air conditioning No working fridgeNot a great shower, leaking everywhere The door hard to open had to call for assistance
Receptionists are kind and friendly as well one of the breakfast waiters (young woman with blond hair).
No kettle in the room. Cockroach we saw in our room. Poor breakfast, if you will come at 9:00 hardly food left.
