- The location and the staff! Both were more and better than expected.
- The value of money is worth it
- Closeness to the training station. A bit of old world charm.
Cons -
- The only complaint, we had 7 rooms for 12 people, was that 3 of the rooms had limited air conditioning. The rest of the rooms, the air conditioning was perfect. The staff were fanatic, answered all questions and tried to get the air conditioning fixed¿

Closeness to the training station. A bit of old world charm.
Bathroom is a bit tight quarters. Property could use some renovations, some cracks in walls. But it was very clean and comfortable.
The hotel exceeded our expectations. Close to metro, buses. Comfortable beds and great breakfast.
Convenient and clean
Breakfast was very crowded from the start
Location, nice and clean great value for money
Very noisy outside couldn’t control Aircon for some reason very hot even though it’s cold outside
Location is good, walking distance to the metro and train station. Breakfast is ok, enough options (not only the classic italian one)
Our room was very dark and it was facing the street so it was pretty loud, we were woken up every morning by the garbage happenings.Wi-fi signal in the room is very badBreakfast buffet was not refilled on time, if you went later there was hardly anything left
The hotel is in a very good location, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was good and offered a nice start to the day. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a good experience that met our expectations.

Nice locational, next to Termini and a few minutes walk from the bus of airport. Outside of the hotel there is bus station , for all city.Clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast with hot and cold choices, not only sweet as normal Italian Breakfast.
The staff at breakfast was rude, and one firts day we arrive 0800 in the morning for breakfast and they told us that eggs were finished and they didn't replace it.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was warm and clean, and I was able to relax in the bathtub after a long day of sightseeing in Roma. The location is excellent, just 5-minute walk from Termini station and bus terminal. The breakfast area was spacious, and the table setting, with green tablecloths and bege cloth napkins was lovery. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options.
I thhouroughly enjoyed my stay at Raeli Hotel Regio. It's in a great location, and very close to the main train station (approximately 10 mins walk), and within walking distance to the Colosseum (approximately 35 mins), and the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps (approximately 20 mins). The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the rooms very clean and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and minimarts nearby. A buffet breakfast was available, with selection of breads, cheese, ham, cereal, pulses eggs, coffees and orange juice etc. I highly recommend this hotel, and would stay here again the next time Im visiting Rome.
My room, was facing the main street, and it could get quiet noisy late at night and early morning, and did impact on my quality of sleep.
Breakfast quite decent. Area round hotel becomes seedy after dark.Excellent re main train station.
Too many do's and don't in the breakfast room.Breakfast room staff quite bruscq with guests at times and not all.
The proximity to the train station was great. There were lots of food choices in the area.
We heard bottles getting dumped into a container a number of times during the day and night.
The hotel was generally okay and met basic expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, although some areas could use renovation. One small inconvenience was that slippers were not provided in the room. The staff was polite and helpful, the location was convenient, and breakfast was decent with a fair variety. Overall, a reasonable stay for the price with room for improvement.
Very clean. Economy rooms are not very spacious but very clean. Breakfast ok for 2-3 days.
Good location! Polite and efficient staff. Room warm and of comfortable size.
Breakfast good be better, but it was OK.
The staff were super friendly. The room was also nice and good value for money.
Unfortunately the street below was super noisy, which I don’t blame the hotel for, it made it hard to get a good sleep. Maybe if the windows are sound proofed that would help.
Location was great, so close to the train station and Metro. 30 minute or less walk to all the famous sites, like Trevi Fountain,Colosseum, and Pantheon. Lots of dining options available nearby. Staff was very friendly. Desk is always staffed!
Thermostat was a little tricky, but we just opened the windows (which you can do!)
Receptionist was amazing and he was ever so helpful
All was good, room and twin beds were fairly small but was fully functional and no issues.
