Clean, great breakfast, lovely room, close to everything and super friendly staff. They even made pick up and drop off accommodations for me at the airport.

The hotel is modern and updated and the location is fantastic. You can walk to the Spanish steps and to Trevi Fountain.

I loved the decor and quality, it was also walking distance to everywhere I needed to go .

The A/C wasn’t very cold and it was a bit noisy.

I absolutely love staying here — we always choose Room Mate Hotels whenever we travel. The staff are consistently exceptional, the facilities are of a very high standard, and honestly, the beds might be the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever slept in. Plus, the location is just perfect.

Excellent rooms

Despite that in general the hotel staff were kind, it wasn’t ideal that upon my arrival the bellman was watching me dragging multiple bags without offering any assistance, also our check-in was delayed by circa 13 minutes.The hotel also doesn’t provide luggage assistance between 11 pm and 6 am if you are planing to checkout between these times

Too expensive now. The room a lil small for this price, theres no balcony, you cant open the windows cos of the big bees outside.

Breakfast would be better to upgrade and relocate to other place with the sunlight. The price of rooms is also respectively high.

Amazing! This place met all my expectations.The rooms were so tidy and clean; they cleaned my room twice a day, which I had never experienced anywhere else. The bathroom was clean, bright, and spacious. My wife and I initially booked another place, but it turned out to be a disaster, so we canceled our reservation and went hotel hunting.Luckily, we found this place, and there was only one room left, which we immediately booked. We will definitely stay at this worthy place again next time. The price is reasonable, and you get more than what you expected.

It’s central location, walking distance from many attractions and the fabulous staff. Breakfast was wonderful.

It was my second stay. The first experience was good so I decided to come back. But after described below situation I have some doubts on the quality of customer support. My flight was delayed. I did not catch the connection. Rate was non refundable so room should wait till my arrival. I informed the hotel of the delay and approximate time of my arrival the next day. Answer that I received from Accomodation Manager was: "Normally we keep the room until 12 pm of the next day, but if you guarantee that you will arrive by 1.30 p.m we will keep the room for you.." I got the impression that they wanted to sell already paid room despite the awarness that I am on the way, at the same adding more stress into already stresfull situation. More client oriented approach would be expected in such circumstances.

Rooms were comfortable and nicely designed. Front desk people were excellent, helpful, friendly and efficient.

There were no TV chanels in English!
