The location was convenient

Air conditioning was not working in the room. It was very uncomfortable and the staff did not respond to correct the situation. They failed to accommodate us and didn¿t discount the rate as promised.

Lots to see and do nearby. We could walk to a different restaurant each day. Walking distance to the colosseum. We had to leave an AIRBNB that was bad and were so happy to stay at this newly renovated hotel with Air Conditioning. Enjoyed the rooftop bar

Reception staff is very friendly and professional. The hotel is on a small square, slightly removed from the traffic, and has a small terrace outside to enjoy the sun as well as a decent rooftop terrace in the evening.

The breakfast is really dissapointing - to the extent where we both were desperately trying to pick anything edible and decided to just munch onn boiled eggs. very poor selection of all food groups - to keep it short. The staff at the rooftop terrace is rather not friendly and qujite slow/unattentive. The beds are quite short and pillows very uncomfortable (suprisingly for a hilton chain hotel).

The room are clean, comfortable. The staff are very friendly, attentive and respond quickly for any request.

You have to walk for around 20 mins to reach the center it was to a big deal for me but for others maybe they want to stay in a hotel that too close to the center

The hotel was very located in a central position to all sights. Lovely clean facilities, welcoming reception staff.

The rooms lacked hanging storage space, but worked for a few days, sadly the New Year’s Eve Gala was very underwhelming and over priced, starters and mains were laid out at the same time. Breakfast was luke warm at best. City Taxes for having a drink at the bar on the 8th floor when it’s the only bar the hotel have to offer!

A few days prior to my arrival, I contacted the hotel to request a brief early check-in of one to two hours. I fully understood that early check-in is subject to availability and hotel policy; however, the request was declined both via email and again upon arrival, without any alternative accommodation or flexibility being offered.On the first night of my stay, the city experienced cold weather, and despite multiple attempts, I was unable to increase the room temperature beyond 24°C, which made the room uncomfortably cold. While I appreciate that my requests for an additional blanket and a dental kit were promptly fulfilled, a subsequent request raised concerns regarding consistency in guest service.When I asked for one or two additional bottles of water, I was informed that each bottle would cost €10. While I understand that hotels may limit complimentary amenities and apply charges beyond standard provisions, this price appears disproportionately high, particularly in comparison to the cost of other basic comfort items that were provided without charge. From a hospitality and service-logic perspective, essential items such as water—especially during cold conditions and overnight hours—are generally considered a basic guest necessity rather than a premium luxury.Taken together, the strict denial of early check-in, the limited temperature control, and the excessive pricing for basic amenities suggest a rigid application of policy without sufficient consideration for guest comfort and reasonable expectations. A more balanced approach, aligned with common hotel practices, would enhance both guest satisfaction and the overall perception of hospitality.

Location is really good. Staff were really nice, room was clean and overall everything was good

Breakfast quality was not the greatest

It’s in a good location - not far from the station/airport bus stop (5 min walk), a 10 min walk to the colosseum and near the stop for the hop on bus. There are plenty of nice restaurants around and the area feels safe to walk around at night. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is modern and the staff we encountered were lovely. There is a cafe attached to the hotel where we grabbed breakfast.

Nothing really. If we were being really picky we sometimes had to prompt housekeeping for replacement toiletries.

Extremely comfortable beds in a well appointed room with fantastic air conditioning during a heatwave! The breakfast buffet was nice.

Friendly staff, good cleaning. The hotel has a great location, close to many attractions. This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, and we always receive good service.
