It's next to Termini and still calm in the night. In the heat, the silent airco was TOP! Coffee machine for early check-out was perfect. People very friendly :)

The location is fantastic. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Our room was right behind the entrance/reception and we could hear people going out and coming back very late in the evening.

It was very clean, classic interiour room. Perfect communication with administrator

I’ve stayed here many times. Convenient to Roma Termini. The staff are amazing, always remembering me. The rooms are always very clean and in working order.

Fantastic location right beside train station.

A bit noisy with traffic, but earplugs are thoughtfully provided. Booking.com says checkout was 5:00-11:00. We had to leave keys and luggage in our room at 8am because no-one was answering at reception. I was later emailed saying check out was only from 9am.

Very welcoming helpful staff and the room was very clean. Very quiet in the hotel and the beds are very comfortable allowing a great sleep. The location also is great next to Termini station food hall.

AC was not working. Couldn't sleep all night.

The location was ideal as it was very close to the metro, and.restaurants .There was a kitchen which proved to be very useful.

The breakfast was the same type of pastries each morning and while there were enough tea there was jo coffee.in the kitchen.

Close to subway, train station Termini, night buses to the airport. Extremely clean.Great value!

Location was ideal (right next to Termini Station).

The bed wasn't uncomfortable, but it wasn't luxe in any way!

It is near to the termini station which made it really easy to reach everywhere The size of the room was good actually and it was calm meaning it was possible to sleep

The receptionist who did the check in when she saw that my passport is Jordanian she start telling us that she is from Israel which we did not like at all and there was no need to share this kind of details with us It is not gonna add anything to our stay The second thing the shared bathroom had a smell and at some point was not clean so it was impossible to take shower for us after seeing it not clean and we had to clean it by ourselves before using it twice The mirror in the room was so small and hard to dress up easily and put makeup and the lighting of the room was not that much good The receptionist at the checkout was not that much friendly when we gave the keys but the other one when we came back to take our bags she was super nice and calm So the overall experience was less than good and will not to think in booking there again

Fantastic location - just across the street from Roma Termini. Our host, Pamela was very obliging and welcoming. It was a bonus that there was a kitchen available for us to use. Room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfy. I liked the possibility of using a common kitchen. They also provided small cookies and coffee as well as tea bags. If you look for a place close to the train station with a small budget, this hotel is recommended. It is just opposite Roma Termini. The noise from the streets I didn’t hear after closing the windows. The room heater is functioning well in winter. They also have a lift, although vintage style, but good to go up to the 3rd floor where the receptionist is.

The wall of the bathroom was not top isolated.

The room and the bed were very comfy. The location is easy to get everywhere by public transport. The staff are really nice and helpful. And it was all very clean and welcoming.

The price might not be cheap, but that is Rome nowadays. All capitals are getting too expensive. But the hotel was perfect!
