First of all stuff members are really best of the best. They interest every detail what you need and occur a solution. The rooms are super design and clean. Breakfast is really tasty and quality.

Comfy rooms, delicious breakfast and great hospitality

Amazing hotel, great location. Room was huge which is rare for the Europe hotel. Great terrace with beautiful view was highlight of the stay. Staff at reception and restaurant were very polite, professional and much more trained to give you 5 star hotel experience than in many 5 star hotels

Great location on a quiet side street in a lovely area. Walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Spanish step, short cab ride to St. Peter's. We were upgraded to their largest room with a bit of a view. The room had plenty of closet and drawer space, fridge, coffee and tea set-up, wine and cocktail glasses as well as nice modern bathroom. Great area for upscale shopping and restaurants very safe anytime of day or evening. The included breakfast on the top floor with an outside terrace area was fantastic! A full menu with a great variety of selections! Very surprised as we were expecting just pastries and coffee. Highly recommend!

The jonior suite was specious and very nice decorated. beautiful rooftopfor breakfast and the location was perfect just in the hurt of the historic city.

After 3 nights, we were asked for an extra payment of 100€ per hour for a late check out of 3 hours.

The property is close enough to walk to the main tourist attractions, but far enough for a good sleep. All the staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Would recommend! Breakfast was great.

From the communication prior to staying, to the warm welcome, to the late night call when I could not figure out the AC, everything was amazing. Rarely does a hotel deliver on all fronts. Highly recommend.

Great Location, Rooms were confortables, breakfast on terrace a real plus, service and reception were absolutely accommodating, nice and reactive ( we had black out in room for few hours in the sunday night)

Maybe specify better that suite have not a separate room, we were 3 so I thought we had 2 separated roomsMinor points : provide sleepers would be greatA bit noisy in night as there are other bar or restaurants by side

One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in. The location is close to the city center and the shops. It is very clean, in addition to the fact that the staff are very cooperative and kind. I highly recommend it.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were excellent and very pleasant. The rooftop terrace was stunning. But the hotel has bad noise cancellation and was across a school which was very noisy for us. Also the plugs and bathroom hangers and light switches were inefficient and the room was the opposite of user friendly. The sink was in the room and the bathroom lights lit the entire room so if one person is using one in the night the other person would wake up. The A/C kept switching off constantly through the night we had to keep switching it back on with a remote, which we had to request from the desk.

The location is great , staff are sweet and try to be helpful. Great breakfast our suite was large and comfortable bed and pillows . When we first arrived they gave us a regular room even though we had booked and paid for a suite . They lied and said it was an upgrade . Luckily I checked my booking the next day and complained so they switched us . There is a good restaurant next door . The best thing is the location and the suite size

The electric plugs are all loose and difficult to plug in stuff. The lights in the room are absurd . It’s ridiculous you have to close 5 switches to turn off the lights . They tried to make it unique lighting but it’s just annoying. No room service . No one there after 1100 pm .

Location was very good for ease of access to the sights, shopping and restaurants. The hotel provided a very comprehensive list of dining options across all price ranges. The restaurants we chose from the list were 1st class in terms of food and atmosphere.

Very nice and big room, good light. Location is amazing. Comfortable bed and room is bigger than most hotel can offer you in Rome. They have very nice breakfast terrace.

We stayed at this hotel during my birthday weekend and there were few moments that disappointed me a lot. We had 2 breakfasts there, 1st was great. 2nd was awful. Girl literally forgot about me, I got cold dish that probably was waiting for someone else long time. Second dish took them about 50 minutes to cook and it was done with wrong ingredients. They bring jam and I am confident the same jam was used by someone else, there was some leftover.When we checked in I was told that there will be some present for me on a birthday. But it seems to me they simply forgot about it. I mean I did not ask for it, but if you are told you will get a present and you don’t get it’s a kind of disappointing)
