Hotel Roma Tiburtina Metro

Staff was exceptional. We arrived late evening and the staff assisted us with ordering food to be delivered. The next day we had issues with a flat tire and the staff went out of their way to call Midas for us and communicate/translate our problem. This experience totally diminished any stress we had. The management was so kind to us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! From the moment we checked in, the staff were super nice and genuinely friendly.The room and the bathroom were very clean, which is always a big plus for us. Everything felt well taken care of and tidy throughout our visit.One of the highlights was how the team handled a small issue we had (nothing major — just a maintenance hiccup). They were quick to respond and resolved it with care and professionalism. That kind of attention makes a big difference!Location-wise, you're about 15–30 minutes from most of the main attractions, but that didn’t bother us at all because the subway/metro station is just a 5-minute walk away. Super convenient for getting around the city.Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Best place if you are travelling by car (exit from the highway, large area for parking). Quiet place not far from subway (~ 10 min). Good breakfast (the buffet with everything you need). New hotel with large and clean rooms. Good price.

The room lacked an electric kettle, cups, and refrigerator.

The staff was friendly. There was a decent breakfast every morning. There's a nice terrace that looks over the river. A fine room on a budget.

The room wasn't dirty or loud, but it wasn't sparkling clean or super quiet either. The location is quite far from the city center, though you do have the metro that gets you there within a half hour or so.

The hotel staff's approach to us. I booked 4 rooms for 7 people for 3 nights. During the first night I received information that my father died. Due to the fact that I immediately changed my flight date, I asked the reception to take into account this extraordinary situation and refund me for 2 nights for 1 room (only me end my wife). Our friends stayed in Rome as planned. Unfortunately, the hotel manager refused without any discussion. I was very disappointed and my entire opinion of the hotel is determined by this. Even the airlines refunded me 100% of the flight costs that I cancelled.

We were there in January. The room was warm, clean, everything we needed was there. An extra blanket too. For breakfast there were two kinds of salami for a sandwich, a lot of sweets. There was a choice of drinks as well. I recommend this place.Importantly it is close to the final subway station. It is very convenient to get to other parts of the city and the center.

Staff were very helpful and all services were excellent. Very clean. Private parking provided an excellent level of safety. Excellent value for money. Having the option on have a meal on site was very welcome.

The hotel was lovely, the room spacious and very clean (cleaning was done daily arranging the sheets and mainly cleaning the bathroom). Breakfast was very good with quite a few options but not very much variation from day to day. But that was okay because the number of options allow you to have something different each morning. The location is quite far from the city center but you can get there very easy with the metro (30 minute journey). The metro station is only a 5 - 10 minute walk from the hotel. We were aware of this before we arrived and it didn't bother us.

Excellent break fast. clean room but quite insufficient for family. ALthough its a budget hotel. Toilet is small but compact.

At the area of commode and bidet , there is no sufficient drainage system to clear water. We had to face backflow of water from toilet floor . It should be checked. Overall everything good.

We did not have Wi-Fi or tv in our room. The refrigerator did not work. We notified the staff and asked for another room. We mentioned every day that the WiFi did not work and we had zero tv. He just smiled and did not offer a resolution. When we checked out the hotel the gentleman asked if our Wi-Fi was working, and we said No. Poor service! We would not stay there again or recommend anyone else to stay there. In addition, we were put in the basement which smelled like a basement!

Breakfast was decent but with very small variety of products. The room was very clean.

Location of the hotel was 400 metres away from a central highway on a downhill road where there was no traffic and at night it was scary to walk. Room was not in the hotel but in the first floor of an ...industrial building close by. Windows were located high and the only view was the opposite industrial building (see picture)....THERE WAS NO MENTIONING OF AN INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN THE BOOKING. I BOOKED AT A HOTEL!!!!THE PICTURES THAT WERE SHOWN DO NOT REPRESENT THE TRUTH. The kid's bed had no side safety locks (as many hotels offer) for kids and fell off the bed one night. There was no snack bar in the room -however there was a kitchenette with a small refrigerator- which we needed for the child's milk. To our surprise the hotel staff locked the kitchenette door the night before we leave stating that we had NO RIGHT TO USE IT (!!!) You can see the lock on top of the picture. We had to beg them to take the milk out which went sour by the morning. The snack bar was clearly mentioned on the reservation.On top of all we have notified the staff that we will leaving at 6:00 am and they assured us that the room's card key would open the external door to the road. However in the morning the card DIDN'T OPEN THE DOOR and thankfully a couple of workers of an near by company that were exiting the area at the time helped us leave.

The room was very nice, clean etc. The staff were helpful and friendly. We also had a nice view of a river from our bedroom. Location wise it was only about a 7/8 minute walk from the metro which was great as we used it every day.

The breakfast could have been a bit better. A lot of pastries and white bread which I don't eat for breakfast but there was some fruit and nice coffee so it wasn't all bad.
