Hotel Vilòn - Small Luxury Hotels of the World

the property is in a great location with shops and restaurants within walking distance along with many sights and attractions. The room was expansive, the bed was very comfortable and both the bedroom and the bathroom were spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. There was also a closet/desk/coffee/tea area that was also spacious and convenient for all our clothes suitcases and nick-nacks. The balcony was nice but did not have an opportunity to use it (January visit!) We also had dinner at the restaurant on arrival and it was sumptuous along with the great service. We also had breakfast each day and we enjoyed the variety of the menu and again the great service! Everyone was very friendly, helpful and courteous! We had a marvelous experience.

The one thing to be aware is the steps down from the bedroom to the rest of the room, it can be a bit difficult to remember at night especially so we left a light on in the bathroom to give us enough illumination to avoid any mishaps

Very friendly and homely. Staff were attentive and helpful. Close to the river and great shopping, all of the important sites are within a 30 min walk or less. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed, cleaned and tidied every day! A small and quiet hotel! Beautifully decorated.

Hotel Vilòn is an excellent property in a fantastic location. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very quiet, and the breakfast was varied and high-quality.

The team was helpful and efficient and assisted us with everything we needed. My only suggestion is about the tone of service: while the staff was attentive, at times the interaction felt a little formal/serious, and a touch more friendliness would have made us feel even more welcome. Overall, a great stay and a hotel I would happily recommend.

It was a one night booking, and I honestly did not enjoyed my stay, the AC kept shutting down during our sleep.

What a great experience all round. I had requested a month earlier that I would need an early check in, they said they weren’t sure they could honour it, but would do their best. When I got to the hotel they had my room ready by 11:30am! For an 8 room hotel (I think), that’s very impressive.You’re also given a personal tour around the hotel and an explanation of how to use the various equipment in the room.The room was perfect. Very clean, elegant, spacious and well equipped. The bar and restaurant are well designed with good ambience (non intrusive easy-listening jazz music playing).The food was excellent, the service impeccable, and the staff are very friendly. If I come to Rome again, I’m staying here.

Located in a very quiet street, the food was excellent , staff are very helpful, loved it and definitely well stay in it again.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. A peaceful haven from the chaos of Rome. Brilliant location. The rooms were spacious and elegant. The bed was so comfortable. Food was excellent. Concierge very helpful.
