Pros +
- The location ,the rooftop, the excellent staff of the reception, the room was very well decorated and renovated
- Location
- Location was excellent. Service very friendly.
Cons -
- Not a 5 star hotel. Closer to 3 stars, 4 at best. Very dated property and bathrooms had black mold everywhere.
- Some of the furniture in the room was broken. But the staff were accommodating.
- Room decor a bit tired with curtains hanging off rungs. Was on the 2nd floor and not pleased, for security reasons, that all 3 windows opened onto a walkway around the central atrium so accessible to other windows.

I ABSOLUTLY loved the location of this hotel. Staff was helpful
Mold smell so over powerful I had to have the window open. I booked a double room and when I checked in she asked if I was alone. I had to say yes as they need a copy of the passport for all people in the room so I was put into a single. Not good
Location, and the staff was very friendly
The hotel rooms were very hot. you could not cool them down.
The location was perfect to do walking tours of the city. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The mandatory 14 euro resort fee was excessive considering there were no resort benefits. I.e. no coffee in the morning. A limited number of newspapers etc. The rooftop bar was closed, we asked about just coffee on the roof and were told meals only.
Everything was fantastic, but the food and rooftop bar (the view is insane) made our stay a once in a lifetime experience.
Location
Concierge was not too helpful
location
food was just not that good
The service attitude was excellent, the staff were friendly and sincere, the room was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything made me feel at home and at ease.
very nice Hotel with beautiful roof top restaurant and bar. perfect location directly at pantheon.
The space was good as was the view onto the Side of the Pantheon.
The room was tired and somewhat bare. The bathroom was old and needs to be renewed. The TV had no Smart options. There was no room-service menu in the rooms. The 30 Euro room service breakfast was way below par for the price. Was not up to advertised 5 star standards.
Big roomRestaurant great foodView on quiet piazza minervaCentrePrivacy
A bit more furnishment in the ( big ) room
We love the Minerve and have stayed there three times. The location is prime for us. Our room was very nice andcomfortable.I also like the lobby and walking through it.
We never really had hot water in the shower--it was lukewarm at best--but at least not stone cold. That was annoying. We did not include breakfast as it is too expensive. I go without breakfast and my brother went down on the streetby the Pantheon for a reasonable breakfast. That was our choice and not the fault of the hotel. The maid threw out this bag of beautiful folded shopping bags that I had by my luggage and nowhere near the trash.I went to reception and they were helpful in getting most of them back for me. I found that veryannoying and invasive that my stuff was thrown out.
Location was excellent! walking distance to everything! The room was clean and nice, view was not nice.Rooftop was excellent, one of the prettiest in Rome. The views were exceptional. The staff was amazing!
Wish I had a prettier view.

The Air conditioning wasn’t the best
Good
We lived on top floor and it was not comfortable to hear the staff working on moving furnitures for the roof top restaurant.
