Palazzo Caruso

Wonderful staff, very accommodating. Provided me with a free room upgrade. Great local restaurant recommendations. Loved it so much that I booked a second stay.

Location was good, the staff nice and helpful.

The bed was hard as rock, sheets scratchy and stiff and the lighting system nearly impossible to work. A good view of the fountain in the square.

1-The bed is overly high reached half of my body while I’m 160 CM and I had to jump and climb it every time I needed to sleep. Seriously no hotel foes that, it is very bad furniture choice. 2-the breakfast was very poor so I preferred not to have any while my stay.3-once I left the room to be cleaned but I came back finding the dirty coffee cups and the toiled Ben unchanged. 4- they do not put a bin in the room, only one bin in the toiled, that was the first hotel in my life to tell my we don’t put bin in the bedroom for hygiene reasons !! As if the other 4-5 stars hotel I tried before know nothing about hygiene !!!

This is our second stay in Palazzo Caruso and it is definitely one of the best stays if not the best in Rome, the warm welcome, quality service and amazing hospitality makes it top of the list. The hotel is facing Fontana del Tritone with walking distance to major city attractions and shopping areas. I would rate it 10/10 and would definitely choose it in our next visit.

Excellent breakfast on the roof terrace.John was very helpful and arranged airport transfers and restaurant booking.

The hotel was perfect for our family. The rooms are big, super comfortable and cleaning. The breakfast was delicious.

Lovely little hotel right in the centre, by a Metro station, and a short walk to the major attractions. Small roof terrace for breakfasts is a plus. Everything was really clean, bed was very comfortable, bathroom completely modern.The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. We had a slight problem with the shower and it was fixed right away. Would stay here again.

Clean, excellent location in barberini square for shopping and other needs around, staff are very gentle with us, it’s my second stay with them.

The property has some building works for new looking, the works weren’t noisy.

Room is tiny. No place to sit or keep stuff . Bed is too high to the point of being risky. Restaurant across the road was very noisy with guests screaming & shouting till 2 am . Breakfast was not satisfactory at all.

Garden view room was disappointing because there was no garden. Wasn’t informed that the hotel to airport shuttle wasn’t included in the price. Didn’t know about the daily 15 Euros fee that had to be paid in advance in cash. Only one chair in my room.

I ordered flowers, cake and Prosecco for my husband’s birthday and it was delicious and beautiful. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful view on roof for breakfast.

Location is brilliant. Literally 10 mins walk to all the key tourist spots. Staff were friendly and very accommodating with our request for an early check in. They also offered us a complimentary breakfast that is usually 20 euros per person and it really was very lovely! The room is comfortable and clean. Nice big bed and good shower pressure.

There isn’t much we didn’t like. Our only qualm being that we booked quite last minute so paid quite a lot to stay for the weekend. I’d assume if you were planning further in advance then the value for money would be better.

Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, central location close to landmarks, shops and restaurants.

- Location was absolute best: 25m from the metro, lots of restaurants, grocery shops, pharmacy all very close by. Hop on and off bus stop at the plaza too. Close to Trevi fountain too.- Beautiful rooms combining Italian antiques with modern comfort: the best pillow options ever seen, huge and soft towels, all luxury available. - Very clean- Very accommodating personnel- Quite silent rooms compared to many other hotels.

- The beds are a little short for tall people and bone hard. This is great for those loving hard mattresses though.- WiFi was a little less in one of the rooms (we had the executive suite)
