Amazingly clean, friendly and accomodating host, free luggage storage, kind staff, and located near many wonderful restaurants.

No laundry facilities despite being listed, and the rooms are absolutely not soundproof, despite what the hotel description says. The hot tub rooms could benefit from having a laminated list of instructions in them.

Jacuzzi is great in numbers,personal are very warm, u can get any answers in private with a director

Very corny room and uncomfortable bed - hard to find breakfast. The staff not dependable - the taxies they order did not come at all or too late. Some had a hard time speaking English and Italian

the room was very clean and was cleaned every day, Rony the agent that took care of us, was very helpful and responded very quickly to every question and massage we sent him.

If this room would have been in a hotel, it would have been really good, but it wasn’t, and after a few days felt very claustrafobic.

Although a tiny balcony, it just overlooked the inside of the building, which wasn’t really attractive, so we didn’t use it.

The bed was so comfortable, and the staff were really helpful, friendly and went above and beyond. The location was also good - easy walk to the Vatican.

They’ve marketed this hotel as ‘luxury’ which has set them up to fail. The room was really expensive for what was offered. The spa bath was huge and impressive, but took an hour to fill up with water that didn’t get that hot. The shower was tiny. The whole building was so noisy we could hear people above, below and next door. The room itself was clean but there were areas of the wall that had lots of dirt on them. In all honestly… I felt like I’ve been catfished with the photos that are on the website!My experience wasn’t bad, but when you brand something as ‘luxury’ with a price-point that matches, you have to meet those expectations, and this simply wasn’t a luxury experience.

Excellent location, close to the vatican. Hot tub, stylish bathroom. Balcony access. Decent value for money.

I was expecting a hotel, what I got was a converted apartment block. I was told not to use certain features of the hot tub. No coffee or tea in the room, no kettle/hot water.

Only single plug for the whole room, second one is on the sink! Bubble bath control panel was broken, the water was warm but not hot enough to enjoy. Room had no blind curtains. No wardrobe cupboard.

We booked this hotel becuase of the jacuzzi but when we arrive it wasn't working. The jacuzzi is very small and there is water everywhere. Wont come back here and abit of smell in the room
