Cons -
- Receptionists need to be present at the front desk at reasonable hours. We arrived at 11am and had to wait and hour for someone to show up. Also charging extra for AC when it is 90 degrees out is a little bit much.
- No elevator and we were on the top floor, so we had to lug our bags up 6 flights of stairs
- Rooms are old renovated. No elevatorBut overall it’s good for spend money.

Wasn’t anything to dislike at this price per night.
The hotel's location is ideal for catching an early flight from Fiumicino Airport, as Termini Station can be reached in five minutes on foot. The hotel also has an additional entrance that guests can use, which is ideal if you want to go out at night or simply wish to avoid interaction (perfect for introverts). The hotel staff were also friendly and helpful.
As you would expect near a city's main station, the area can get quite noisy in the evening.
The Hotel and room were quite charming. The room was small but perfectly adequate. It was clean and maintained well while we were there. Breakfast was European (croissant and coffee) but perfectly adequate. Very close to Roma Termini, so very easy to get around.
The property has no elevator so I requested a ground or 1st floor room, which they provided and they carried our bags to room for us. Reception is not 24/7 so leaving extremely early in morning was a little challenging.

Very central. Excellent staff especially Alina and her helper. Very close to Metro station.
There was no lift but we were on the first floor.
Hotel was very Italian great location very friendly and accommodating staff.
The stairs haha. (No lift)
The staff were very polite and friendly, especially the girl who served breakfast. The location was excellent — right next to the train station and several bus stops, so you could easily get anywhere. The breakfast was complete and satisfying, with savory options, coffee, croissants, etc.
On the downside, the air conditioning didn’t work. Temperatures were very low — with around 5°C at night, the room was quite cold. They provided a small electric heater, which helped a little, and the central heating was turned on only from 10 p.m. onwards. This made it difficult to return to the room earlier in the evening or take a shower in the afternoon, as the room remained cold.
A perfect 2-star choice, especially considering Rome's prices. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-located with kind employees. We were satisfied because it delivered exactly what it promised for its category.
Great location next to train station. Walking distance to many big attractions. Staff all very friendly
Great breakfast buffet and location
No lift, thin walls
Edea was very kind, She kindly helped us with cctv when we forgot our bag in McD ( but think it was missing at hotel :D) .Breakfast was delicious and adequate.Though in the last Sunday there was a little issue, but Alex could handle it professionally. The location is strategic and quite safe, though we had to chase the bus early in the morning (04:00 am)
I have stayed here in the past and will do so in the future if I come again to Rome. I love this place! Rooms are always very clean even if undergoing some repair. So close to Termini! Nice restaurant across the street.Grocery store two blocks away. Served breakfast rather than buffet style. Staff makes you feel like family!
Nothing really but JUST BE AWARE that this is a 2 star hotel. The building is old and not upscale. There is no elevator.
The level of affordable hotels near Roma Termini is typically very low. This hotel met my expectations. The location was great, 8-10 mins from the station, close to a very nice area for walking, and just 4-5 minutes from the bus stop to go to the airport. The building was quite old, but it's very common in that area. The breakfast room was very stilish and recently renovated. The room requires some improvement, like repainting, but it was comfortable. Probably a bit small for two people with two medium size suitcases but if you travel alone or without suitcases, it's fine. The bathroom was larger than average and had a good selection of products. The breakfast was great. They were serving it at the table, which was a bit unusual, but they had a good selection of food and I would suggest you to pick one of their croissants or "bombe" which is a sort of Italian fried doughnut which was AMAZING.Overall a good option if you are just spending one or two nights in Rome and need an affordable place close to the station.
I would say, the only negative thing was that there was no lift. We had a room on the third floor and had two heavy suitcases, which scared us at first. Luckily the staff was able to bring our suitcases upstairs and then back down. However it was my mistake not to check that the hotel had a lift so I don't want to penalise them for that in my rating.
Included European breakfast of coffee (Americano, cappuccino, or espresso), cold meats, cheese, boiled egg and yogurt with amazing staff
Remember that this is an older building and only 2-star rating; don’t expect an American style resort. Biggest issue: no elevator
Hotel was near the Train station and Metro. Clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Several good restaurants right outside the hotel. Short walk to the Roma Museum and a church and “Mermaid” fountain.
No real complaints. As all other places we stayed in Italy, better pillows would be nice. Would consider this area of city if visiting again because of its convenience to train, Metro and buses.
We only spent one night there; so, we did not have time to check the surroundings as much. We liked staying there - close to Termini train station. We liked the Familiglia restaurant close by and recommended by the receptionist (really great value). There is also a very good pastry shop close by. We loved the breakfast; the lady who served us was very nice. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room with tea bags.
