1. Plug under the window doesn't work. [Remained unsolved after speaking to reception) 2. Bad smell in the bathroom. 3. Showerhead is broken and leaks. [Solved immedietly] 4. Only boiling water in the shower. [Solved immedietly]

Clean warm and good location

Room was clean, towels were changed, beds were comfortable.

The room was extremely tiny but it was fine for 3 nights.

The walue is ok, 10 min walk from Termini. Tinny room with shower and fridz. Easy entrance.

Great location. Very quiet room with windows on the back yard. Very clean and fresh linens. Comfortable bed. Professional staff with great communication and positive attitude skills.

We stayed here for four nights and had a very pleasant experience.The location is very convenient, only a 5-minute walk from the Termi train station, and the area feels safe. There are several bakeries and restaurants nearby, offering tasty food at reasonable prices.The staff was welcoming and always helpful.Free capsule coffee is provided, and also a big bottle of water every day,which was a small but appreciated detail that made our mornings more enjoyable.Last but not least, the room was clean when we checked in, and the staff provided daily housekeeping service.

Everything was excellent. The location and the staff were great. It was definitely worth the price.

Excellent location. Close to Roma termini. Hotel room is newly renovated with bright ceiling light and bathroom light, which I really like. Convenient for ladies to put on makeup anywhere in the room. Room is small, however considering the location and the price, it is a good deal. Free coffee in the lobby. There is a fridge in the room, which is excellent for longer stay since Rome does have a lot of attractions and usually travellers stay for quite a few days. Microwave is also available in the lobby, which is good if you want to make some simple hot meals. Free bottled water (500ml and 1L bottle) is also available in the fridge at the lobby. There are still and sparking water to choose. They also provide free bottled water in the room everyday. We really appreciate free bottled water as it is heavy to carry water from nearby stores. There is also a big garbage bin in the room, which we really like, as we don't ask for housekeeping everyday. Also front desk person is always friendly whenever we approached him for questions. Overall 10/10.

Maybe to have a bedside lamp will go well.

Everything was perfect the location is near station bus or tram , train so easy to access alll touristic locations , the stuff of the hotel was nice and clean room

Comfortable room and beds, clean and hygiene at the highest level. The hotel is centrally located, and only 5 mins walk to Termini. Staff is kind and helpful, reception opened 24 hours, laguage storage free of charge. I highly recommend it.

Room size

The room was nicely renovated with a good shower, refrigerator and a desk. The staff was polite and provided some soda and bottled water. The location was fine, near Stazione Termini.

The safe didn’t seem to work properly. I didn’t ask about it, as I had very little of value with me. The TV was irritating. It would only get one or two national stations and those would come and go.

Very close to TERMINI station and Castro Pretorio metro station. Clean room ( Deluxe room 4th floor), they changed the towels every day, water free, very clean room and location and the receptions personal was very friendly.

The noise. The wood door doesn't stop the noise made by the other rooms. I incurrage the property to change them.
