Walking distance to both Vatican and Colosseum are within one hour of casual walking.

Both the air conditioner and fridge did not work, as well the neighbourhood was a bit grungy and the inside was a bit older.

The staff was amazing- accommodating and kind. The location was convenient to several locations and public transport.

The bed was incredibly hard.

The staff was outstanding. Great breakfast. Good value on drinks and wine. The waiter was tremendous.

SUPER FIRM MATTRESS shallow, hard pillow - I'm a side sleeper and did NOT have a comfortable sleep

The staff were the best part of this hotel. They are all very accommodating and friendly.

The rooms are very dark and I had to ask to be changed because the rooms on the 4th floor do not have windows, instead they have a glass on the ceiling right over the bed to let in light(bad for sleeping). Very odd room which made me claustrophobic.

Terrible hotel. Room had delapitaded sink, bed was harder than floor, sheets smelled, and their was a huge leak on wall above TV! Breakfast was gross. There was nothing 4 star about this hotel.

It's a small hotel. Breakfast is good enough and the people are very nice. On request, They can make you coffee and scrambled eggs.

Some I had issues with the Internet in my room. The connection was not stable.

The staf was higlight of this hotel. Breakfast is very good with all you need to have nutritious breakfast.

Rooms are old and it needs renovation.

I would recommend a water filling machine in the lobby or guests provided with bottled water. But not a big concern as they do have a supermarket nearby

The breakfast was good. The waiter/waitress was nice a made the coffee to order.

If you showed up at 2 pm they wont let you check in until 3 pm, even if the hotel is empty, also No a/c in the rooms, and Of the 2 reservations that we stayed we couldn't sleep 2 entire nights thanks to the high school (Gimnasio Liceo Terenzio Mamiani) next door students causing major protests with fire crackers, etc, police showing up and took long time to stop the noise and screams, all night. Can you tell us what happened? We won't stay there the next time.

Location was very good, we wanted to stay in residential area and it was a good idea. Everything is as it is shown on booking app. The staff was great, helped us every time we needed anything.

Rome is expensive but this hotel would be a great value for money only if it had better beds. Specificly, the bed was short, i couldnt fit (i am 6 feet tall).

The location is excellent. Close to Lepanto metro station and many popular bus routes! Could even takr a slow walk to Vatican City

Great location for walking to Lepanto train station. Easily walkable to Vatican and Colesium etc if you don’t mind a 40 minute walk. Local bars etc all close by. Friendly helpful staff.

Location is great, staff are friendly, comfy bed and quiet place. AC is available!

Due to Travel plans changes I wanted to cancel one day but they have non-refundable and non-changeable policy which was disappointing.

The front desk officer was helpful and responsive, including the service staff at breakfast. Location is fairly good with some shops nearby. Water pressure in shower was good. They had a bath tub with a jacuzzi effect

Pillows for sleeping were too soft.

Super nice, helping staffgood room, felt very comfortable close to Vatican, we could walk therealso close to public transport
