Pros +
- Location to Colosseum, Bus stop and right in the centre of action.
- The location was great. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good, and coffee was amazing. Bed was very comfortable. Great walking distance to everything.
- Ms. Carina is so amazing. She make sure that we are comfortable with our stay in the hotel. The location is perfect and quiet.
Cons -
- Small room, small restaurant space, breakfast option few, and the frontage of the hotel is not internationally characteristic, and for it's services and what the hotels offers, I consider the price per day a little expensive.
- The pillows were flat and hard (which can easily be remedied by bringing your own pillow). Me being a bulkier guy, the shower was small.
- When we first got there, the blonde lady at the front desk was really nice and super helpful, but while we were gone, someone went into our sons room to put in a mini fridge and they certainly helped themselves into their luggages and stole $50 USD and $400 in Lira that the boys wanted as a souvenir. It wasn't a lot of money stolen, BUT the fact that someone stole it and went through the luggages is absurd!! They went through my sons underwear like perverts!!! I really can't believe they did this to us, but then again its ROME! Hold on to your stuff or place everything in the safe (who knows, they probably have a key to that too!) AC's are horrible, they have them set at a certain temperature and would not stay on. Walls are thin, you can hear everyone coming back at all hours of the night.

Close to the Colosseum. Thought we felt safe being next to police dept as well..... BUT...

stayed for the second time at the same hotel. Location is excellent. Great value for money. They did not renovate or changed bathroom appliances but everything is clean. Travelling as a couple, stayed in the room just to shower and sleep. Good restaurants very close.
Amazing location, all is clean, very friendly stuff! Thank you!!
Nothing. The toilet was damage. They didn’t fixed. The breakfast very poor. The room smell so bad. The hall smell terrible. I paid very expensive for a deluxe boutique but the hotel is not a boutique. It’s very old ugly They need to lower the price.
Everything.The price. The property.
The location is very good, the neighborhood is quite.
As I was traveling because of the work, after I paid, I asked for the invoice to be issued. The administrator insisted on trying to convince me that it is not possible to issue the invoice.
The bathroom wasn't spotless, the hallway smelled like cigarettes, the curtains were dirty, and the bed headboard was dusty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
Very small room , not good lighting, breakfast not great , staff are very nice . Location is good
Size of room , breakfast , old hotel
Staff were so nice and friendly and very helpful. The location of hotel is sth that I really like the most.
Noise was coming from the other rooms of the hotel. The hotel’s amenities were limited.
Very tidy and clean rooms, not very big but very comfortable, nice vibe and a very practical bathroom. The personnel were super polite and friendly.
I would suggest that they expand the breakfast menu a little bit more offering more options like boiled eggs, avocados, toasts and some cold cuts. The breakfast is purely continental as of now. Other that that the hotel was amazing.
It's really close to Colosseum and room was really comfy provided services were really great. It was unforgettable experience for me thanks
The only thing good about this place was the location
Air conditioning had a don't touch label on it and it was hot in the room so had to open windows and got bitten by mosquito and kept awake from outside noise. Always choose a hotel with air con and was advertised as having it but not allowed to use it. breakfast minimal. If you have allergies expect a banana at most. Few options. bar non existent. Few bottles of alcohol on display. 1 pillow. Uncomfy bed and bedding. TV was a tiny pc monitor from the 90s. Not enough sockets. Room too dark. Only lamps. no overhead light. Safe was a tiny box with a key and told don't lose key we only have 1. Had to decide if we risked going out with the key or hiding the key in the room. No kettle. Sachet of shampoo only and not replenished. Bathroom facilities barely functional. Plug didn't work and the shower we fixed but the shelf was hanging off the wall and rusty. Very outdated and basic. Not even a bottle of water in the room. Unhelpful staff. No do not disturb signs so room was entered while we were out. Have stayed in 5 star hotels for less. Expensive for old tired and quirky to say the least.
The decoration, the location, the breakfast
The heater was not working
The hotel is not as described. The rooms are more than small. Unless we just got very unlucky. We stayed in room 103 which has a parking garage right outside the window. The vehicles were so loud passing by our window at all hours during the night and early morning. In the room that we had the door leading into the bathroom did not open fully because of the toilet being behind it. The walls are so thin we did not sleep because we could hear the residents in the room next to ours snoring , coughing and going to the toilet. It got that bad we checked out early and booked another hotel for the remainder of our holiday. The location is fantastic and the staff on duty were very pleasant and really helpful. It's just a pity about the paper thin walls and the 24 hour garage.
Location excellent right by the Colosseum and restaurants/shops and an Irish Bar
The staff is excellent. The location is great. Considering that hotel prices in Rome are generally high, this hotel is not bad for its price. However, the room I stayed in was very small—I have never seen such a small room before :)There was a male staff member whose name I forgot?. sorry ??), but he made delicious coffee and had a very positive aura. He made me feel at home in the hotel. I would like to extend a special thank you to him!
Location is very good, near to Colloseum and metro station. Staff is friendly.Bed is spacious and comfy.
Breakfast has only sweet options like bakery products or fruits, could contain some ham or vegetables.
The location, environment inside, the feeling of home.
