Nice room (not gorgeous) just nice. Very clean. About 3-5 km from all the sites - Triv Ftn, Vatican, Pantheon, Barberini museum, etc. Staff were all amazing - the breakfast spread is pretty unreal and they even offer to make you a cappuccino or espresso or latte in their cafe but also have self serve pretty decent automated espresso machines. Super cool square to walk to for dinner just around the corner - lots and lots of food options. Do appies at 3 places and walk around instead of a meal! Fun!!
Distance to the big sites - but good exercise if you want to walk. Transport was relatively easy though we walked nearly everywhere
The hotel staff is extremely professional, attentive, and welcoming, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere throughout the entire stay. The overall ambience of the hotel is excellent, combining comfort with a refined style. The quality of Food & Beverage is impressively high, with a wide variety of options prepared to a very high standard. In particular, the juices and breakfast selection were exceptional—fresh, delicious, and a true highlight of the experience
Clean, central location, great breakfast and staff very accommodating and helpful.
Lovely, clean, quiet, spacious.
We didn’t realize how far from the center of Rome it was. But that’s our fault for bringing a toddler.
staff was great especially roberta . helped us get tickets to the major sites and guided us regarding transport options etc. breakfast was decent.
room was smaller than expected. location was so so but close to the metro, fitness center was a bit disappointing, very basic. expected a bit better .
Staff was professional and friendly. Dining room staff was exceptional with service and friendliness.
Large room, fairly quiet with both doors shut. clean - it has been renovated for the Giubileo, so it was much cleaner and nicer than during previous stays. Staff kind, especially the host at breakfast. It is a perfectly decent hotel, but rather bland and corporate feeling. Large selection at breakfast.
Shower was difficult to use - very low water pressure and difficult to get in and out because it's in a bathtub with a high side. Windows had to be propped open with chairs - they don't stay open on their own. Blaclout curtains fairly effective, though light comes in around edges. Also hard to keep curtains open - you have to use chairs. Breakfast has a large selection, but some items aren't well-prepared (such as underdone, rubbery bacon).
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Rooms are big and comfortable. - Staff is very attentive and greets whenever you arrive or leave the hotel. That’s a nice touch. - Location is very convenient. - I really want to highlight about the reception staff lady who helped me to solve an issue that I had during my trip. Where my all phone data was lost and she helped me to communicate with my bank abroad and had the chance to make some calls to solve my issue which it really helped me a looooooot. Thank you so much for being kind and help your customers whenever they need. Congratulations to all of you. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️-Breakfast is very good and tasty. - Staff at the breakfast very attentive and kind.
Excellent experience.
Good public transport, but the hotel lies in a ghetto area. I did not feel safe going out in the evenings when it’s dark. The cooling function of the air conditioning did not work and it was too loud outside to have the windows open. The receptionists are great, but I have to mention the man in the bar whose name starts with F. We wanted two spoons one of the days, receptionist said we could get them from the bar. F at the bar said yes he could get us two spoons, but then continued working with whatever he was doing for a few minutes, without even acknowledging when he would be able to help us or asked us to wait. He was giving out menus and organizing some papers the whole time we waited, not that another guest was waiting to pay or order. When we asked again after waiting for a while, he said yes again, and said “I’m working” in a passive aggressive tone. I commented it would only take two seconds, but he ignored us again?♀️ We went back to the reception and got the spoons from there after 10 seconds, but this experience made the whole stay terrible. What kind of audacity and attitude should the guests tolerate?
After a long search for a place that was affordable, close to the center of Rome, and comfortable, I finally found this gem! I booked in advance and managed to get a great deal, making it an even better value for the stay. Before my arrival, I contacted the hotel with a special request, and they responded promptly, ensuring that my request was fulfilled, which I really appreciated. Honestly, I didn’t expect much, but this turned out to be one of my luckiest finds. The receptionists were welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, modern, and featuring a spacious bathroom.I was aware that the walls might be thin and expected to hear my neighbors, but luckily, it was quiet, and nothing disturbed us. However, my absolute favorite part of the stay was the breakfast. While it might not seem extraordinary compared to some European hotels, after staying in American hotels, this was a delight! The selection wasn’t huge, but it was more than enough—cheese, meats, scrambled and boiled eggs, vegetables, bacon, and more. But the real highlight was the bakery section. The pastries were incredibly delicious, and after trying various bakeries in Rome, I can confidently say they tasted just as good as those from a local bakery.Additionally, the hotel's proximity to public transportation made it easy for us to reach the train station and continue our journey. Considering the quality, comfort, and price I paid by booking in advance, along with the excellent service in handling my request, this stay was an incredible value. I would definitely recommend it!
I didn’t like that breakfast service starts at 7 AM. Since most museums open at 8 AM, I would have preferred an earlier breakfast option to allow for an earlier start to my day.
The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful.
The aircon was half-broken. Some nights it felt very cool and comfortable and then other nights it was incredibly hot and was unable to be turned off. Meanwhile the temperature was not touched or changed by us.
Hardworking cleaning staff, friendly front desk
It’s weird there is no kettle in every room - but this is quite common in italy as they are not big on tea - but they very helpfully furnished me with a kelley
Comfortable spacious room, friendly staff, delicious food. Roberta and Simone were amazing and so helpful! Thank you very much for making our stay memorable ❤️
